As good and quick as the service was
As good and quick as the service was, when I got my car, I found large and small fragments of glass throughout the front of my car including in my air vents. While I understand that glass will be shattered etc, I would expect them to at least hoover glass off my seats and floors. I have small children who use my car and it made my car feel extremely unsafe for them. I did end up with glass in my hand while driving which I feel is incredibly dangerous and unsafe.

Good service from the point of view of booking and it being ready within the specified time. But the reason not 5 stars my car 2 days later wouldn’t start and I was told it was because the windscreen hadn’t been calibrated properly.

Great service and communication and staff at branch was very friendly but wish they were able to cater to my needs more and did a home service call out instead of making me travel to them as I have two young kids under 3years old so travelling to the branch and then waiting with them wasn’t easy nor convenient for me especially during the heatwave.
