It was a very bad experience long time waiting and the guy was unprofessional and didn’t clean the smashed glass and left inside and adjusted the new one over it, over all it was a very bad experience.

Knowingly turned up with a damaged screen to try and give me 50 pounds discount but said it would fail the mot. Declined and had to wait another week for installation

The worst experience I’ve had in many years!!!
Had an appointment booked for a Friday morning between 9-1. I was aware that it could at worst case be up to 4pm. No engineer turned up. I contacted the branch and they weren’t able to get hold of the technician, or their manager or the regional manager. Wanted me to wait until the Monday with a smashed rear window. Obviously this wasn’t acceptable. I managed to get it booked in for the Saturday morning but had to go to the branch. Still charged me the £60 XS even though I’d had to wait in for a whole day without as much as a call to keep me informed. Thank goodness I didn’t have 2 kids of school for the day due to inset.
Really not impressed and most certainly wouldn’t recommend at all.

Turned up on time and glass was replaced my only gripe is every time I open the door I get glass falling out the bottom of the door surely when panel was off a quick hoover out could have been done I now have to take panel back off and hoover out .
