Had an appointment to change the whole windscreen, when the guys showed up they tried persuading me to just get all the chips filled rather than replace the whole windscreen. I got the sense that they wanted to get done as quick as possible as when I was saying no they kept pushing until I eventually told them I had been told by my employer to change the whole windscreen. Inside the vehicle was a complete mess on the dashboard, if it wasn't a national company I would say they were cowboys. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they rang me to tell me they were in the way.
I would not recommend to anyone.

Took until very late the day before the windscreen was due to be fitted for them to message (not even call) me to say the windscreen had arrived damaged even though i had booked over a month before the screen was left until the day before so had to reschedule for a different day they turned up and did a very quick job but the windscreen was dirty on the inside where they had wiped it with what must have been dirty towel roll

2 weeks waiting time
Claimed through Aviva my insurers. Takes you to a link to book in at the centre. But the calendar shows fully booked for 2 weeks. Surely this isn't right. Anyone else had same problem? Also looks like if your screen crack is larger than 4cm it needs replacing, and most cars now seem to have to go into the centre, and not able to be done mobile.
