Friendly staff

Told by Receptionist to come back by 5pm as they close. Round trip to drop off car / pick up car was hour and half. Car was not ready when we arrived to pick it up at 4.50pm.

Poor
Poor. Took the day off work to get my windscreen fixed, tracked the technician all day from 4 jobs to 1 and then the page stopped loading. No updates from anyone, I had to call to find out what was going on and couldn’t get through to the Slough branch as they had all gone home for weekend.
I’ve paid £135 and now have to take another day off work, lose another days money for this to be fixed and I had to find this out by chasing them.
I’ve been told I won’t hear from anyone till Monday now and I can’t take my son out all weekend as I have a cracked windscreen.

Unable to respond to customer question
Tried on repeated occasions to get clarity on type of glass being used to replace windscreen without success. Very frustrating. When it came to the actual replacement, process was smooth.

Nice and quick
the guy that came to work on my car was brilliant. he was kind, didn't make me feel talked down to and explained my options well. he was quick, the service took 10 minutes.
I also called their service as I had problems originally booking and they were very helpful, I didn't have to faf with AI or be on hold for hours before speaking to a person and she was able to book me in fully.
