Vile company refused to send emergency…

Vile company refused to send emergency engineer to my 85 year old father. Who is stone deaf and has dementia. Unless we sent power of attorney documents which my brother has in Australia.
No discretion no help.
As a veteran myself I ask all my brothers to never use this company ever.

Martin the grumpy plumber

in two minds about this company, a plumber came out had a look at the boiler and tank upstairs and said he would get the parts order and do a chemical wash on the system, couldn't of been more helpful really nice guy.
They came back to fix it 3 days but sent a grumpy get called martin who wondered why he was there and really didn't want to be there. I told him what the other guy said and Martin came back with we don't do chemical flush and got onto his manager to complain. he put the 3 way valve on and made a complete ash of it.
it looks like a chimp had put it on. leaking over a electric box.
very poor work.

Absolute Goobshite Service

Absolute Goobshite Service, left without hot water and central heating due a total jobsworth, who refused to carry out repairs using the smallest of excuses, now 7 days without central heating and Hot Water.

Grumpy throughout visit, now struggling to find a plumber to fix the problem on the Boiler absolutely left in the deepend with children at home.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. They persuaded my 80 year old mother to take out one of their policies. When her heating broke down they sent a contractor out who advised she needed a new pump, Nationwide called her a day later saying that it was uneconomical to repair the pump and she needed a new boiler costing £2000-£3000! Understandably she was distraught, so I got a second opinion from a local plumber, who sorted the issue for under £200. There was nothing wrong with the boiler at all, the valves were stuck on her radiators.

Truly terrible customer service avoid at all cost

Truly terrible customer service, these people came into my 79 year old mothers home as subcontractors for British Gas, they persuaded her to cancel her insurance policy and take one of theirs instead. In less than a month the boiler they had serviced started to play up but my mother wasn’t covered because the policy had not been running long enough, my mother couldn’t afford the £400 repair bill but the boiler was just about doing the job so she left it.
A month later, my mum had electrical issues so called the helpline (it can literally take hours to get through) again my mother was told she probably wasn’t covered by the policy but an electrician was sent to the house. The electrician couldn’t find the cause of the problem within an hour so left my mum without any lighting in the house telling her somebody from the office would be in touch. So a week before Christmas my mum has no lighting and is waiting in every day for a call from the insurance company that never happens, despite many many calls nobody came so we had to pay a local electrician to fix it (took 30 minutes).
So my mum calls to cancel the pointless insurance policy but is persuaded to stick with it because the lady on the line says the boiler should have been repaired under the policy and somebody will be in touch to fix it shortly.
In the meantime the boiler is leaking constantly and is damaging the brand new kitchen worktops so we ring again, finally get through and arrange an engineer visit and guess what? Now the boiler is a right off and will cost £1800 to replace.

We have been promised return calls time and time again and have spent hours and hours on hold only to find ourselves thousands of pounds out of pocket.

Avoid these terrible people at all costs
