Tried their deodorant the rose one and the smell didn't last for more than 30 minutes. Then it left a horrible film that took forever to get off in the shower. My skin felt sticky and gross. Body wash doesn't feel like get clean same with shampoo. Conditioner is thick and greasy. I don't blow dry my hair so by the time my hair dried it felt greasy all over again at the root. The price is ridiculous for the minimum effort of the product. You can do way better.

I use The sugar cookie and that to me right now the best only one issue the shampoo is amazing in sugar cookie but conditioner I don't know I think the shampoo is so moisturizing pairs great with a mask. Hope they improve shipping.

I previously posted a review due to me not receiving one of my purchases from Native. After I posted the review someone followed up with me and rectified the issue. That is excellent customer service. A company that is willing to make sure a customer is satisfied is a great company to have dealings with.
Worst product ever…
The only good thing I can say about native products is they smell good. The shampoo and conditioner is the absolute worst garbage I've ever used bar none. I'd be better off washing my hair in a rock tumbler. The deodorant burns my skin and, doesn't work. Terrible products. Will never purchase again.

Disrespectful and legally questionable customer treatment
I placed an order with Native (Order #S15457955) as a private customer and requested a return within the standard 30-day period. Despite being well within the legal timeframe, my request was denied without a proper reason — based solely on assumptions about potential resale, which were never contractually prohibited.
This violates U.S. Federal Trade Commission rules and California consumer law (Civil Code §1789.3). Even worse: my respectful emails were ignored for over two weeks, and customer service never offered a solution — only unfounded accusations.
I also reviewed Native’s and P&G’s public terms. There is no resale restriction visible anywhere. Even if there were, the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. §109) protects the legal right to resell purchased goods.
This experience was deeply disappointing. Native not only failed to follow basic consumer rights but treated me with disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism. I’ve filed a PayPal dispute and contacted P&G’s legal team directly.
I do not recommend ordering from Native until their policies are reviewed and customer service is held to a higher standard.

So I wanted to try their new products . I went to the website and ordered one of everything. I placed the order an immediately I noticed my old address was up there as items being shipped. I went to their contact us.. well let’s say all they have is an email .. I messaged them told them the mistake I made in hopes I can get it fixed timely. They messaged hours later stating if I can go pick it up as they can not change my address due to it’s started process of being shipped .. I told her if you guys had an actual customer service number things like this wouldn’t happen .. she then told me she can’t refund me unless the items was sent back.. like wtf I don’t live there I’m hours away I don’t know those people or what type of person they are to send those items back or keep them.. so I asked to speak to a manager or someone to call me about this.. if they had a cancel order on their website like most companies have or a number to call this could have been fixed.. so just be aware purchasing from their website they are extremely dated with only providing an email with hours like 8plus response time.. with no real answers to help fix but I’m shit out of luck

I thought I’d try one of their conditioner’s from Target, while showering and rubbing my hands together I felt a cut, I rinsed my hands not knowing what it was from and squeezed the conditioner again rubbed my hands and cut my other finger - what happened was the bottle when designed or cut in production retained the plastic because their were shards in my bottle - Target had Native or Procter and Gamble reach out to me and they asked for the bottle to view, which I happily sent along with images of the shards and cuts on my fingers. The company I will NEVER use again - not offering anything other than $10 off your next purchase - they left a cheap and bad taste in my mouth and I’ll never recommend that company or give them my money ever again. The lady I was emailing with says, “ we don’t compensate, but if you have medical bills I can send you a link.” It’s a shame some companies don’t take pride in their customers - I wish our world was filled with small businesses who cherish their clients. Native lost a customer.
