Good morning,
When you advertise this type of package, you should specify that the amount includes 90% shipping costs. The products are not worth the money promised and on top of that there are additional bank charges. I am very disappointed and disgusted.

I bought the Tv gadget for $ 49.99 but they charge me $136.00 on my credit card which I already filed a claim case against them and request to everyone don't buy anything these people are doing frauds as someone is waiting for the delivery of this false product and they can't find the delivery address and phone numbers and other guy trying to turn on the gadget he can't and they are not refund his money from last 3 months and you can't connect to customer service tel number so Be careful guy's.

This website is a big scam. I ordered a tv gadget for $49, and instead I got charged $149 on my bank account. I am reporting this website scam to TD Bank for fraud. Please be careful and do not purchase anything from this website.

i bought 2 mystery boxes which were meant to have goods to the value of between £400+ but when they came i had 6 items of which one item was a £1 pair of childs plastic sunglasses a pack of uno cards & a couple of other bits of crap, that cost me £60, they said return back for a refund, but as people ay to send back to china would cost a lot of money, not sure what to do now

They do not work and the return address is in china therefore cost a lot to return
They do not come from uk they come from china with only Chinese instructions.

It is my opinion that this is a very suspect company to deal with. I ordered a tv gadget on 22nd Nov 2023, it is now 9th Jan 2024 and i have not received my purchase. They keep querying my address saying they couldn't deliver it. It is just a ploy, i receive mail all the time without any problems. Do not have anything to do with them. Payment disute initiated ith credit card company.

I ordered the box. I received it but it has never worked. I have requested unsuccessfully refund. Indeed, Nativediscount doesn't want to refund nor replace the product. The company has offered me to keep its defectuous product while refunding 40%. I am very furious.

I received the box with a good number of item. But the mean value of each item is between 2 and 5 €.
it's like a lottery, you lose money most of the time.

Have never received notice of shipment of order confirmed on Nov. 9, 2023, in the amount of $ 33.99 including 3.99 for delivery insurance. Since this company lists business as being located in France, and since that nation has a federal law against frauds, has anyone filed a formal complaint, or will I be the first?

Ordered this automated floor cleaner. The box felt very light which surprised me immediatly. Opened the box and I got a round white machine out. After charging the thing up I placed it on the floor and although it moved when it cam to the first obstacle it stopped moving but carried on buzzing as though it was it was still cleaning.I picked it up a few times to redirect it but it headed for the same place each time and stopped again and again and again. The bloody thing is not worth a fart of any bodies money so please do not waste yours.

We haven't received our order, so have asked for our money back, if we do not get a refund the will take it further. I won't let them get away with ripping us off.

I Ordered 2 Native Discount TV Evolution Dongles . Neither of them worked they advertised Free TV Films and Games Downloads and it was supposed to be an Easy Plug and Play.i got told to Register and Login then I was asked for my Credit Card Details it said it was to Verify who I was but in small print it said that it was a Free 5 Days Trial then there was an Automated Payment of $49.95 per Month. They Hid this fact from their Adverts Online . Do Not Buy From This Company Its A SCAM.My Order Number was ND69854 for Native Discounts Records.

Ordered treasure box and although they said it was delivered i had no record of this.Very untrustworthy.

Absolute pack of shysters……..this item they suggest will give 100’s of tv stations is simply a mirroring device that you could buy for less than £5 on Wish. Please please please do not waste your money on these gangsters……….complete and utter rubbish

To improve they need to stop the scams .The tv evolution box does not exist and i recommend everyone to stay away from this company . I did receive eventually the items i ordered. They do not work so need to return to Native Discount they want me to incur the cost of returning the faulty goods if i do not return the items they will only refund me 30% of my initial outlay. Why should i pay for the return of faulty goods order number ND61647. I require a prepaid envelope so can return the FAULTY GOODS

Spam site / Duplicates.....Stay away.
Just want to buy one smart tv brick for accessing tv channels. (Indicating smart invention...nothing but cast unit with hdmi input) Order for $49 and when we proceed it ask for projector, monthly subscription.even we click no...final page gives a bill for 3 items for $100 after entering Cr. Card. Unable to cancel or contact by phone...only by mail. After several mail contact 40% amount got refunded to card recently. (Their recommendation...if you send product they refund full if never opened / never used) Cost of post with tracking no. is higher than product cost. No return label given. But when try to send post from Shanghai , China...postal guys are not providing tracking based on info. where address was shifted / not present. No new address given when requested. Still trying to send package back to them...but no contact person name or phone no. given to include in postal info...which creates doubt of loosing the item or unwanted person can pick the package...very annoying.

I have ordered a product (Japanese knife) through Native Discount, it should have reached me weeks ago, I have no way to track the package and no one is replying to the emails I'm sending as replies to their initial confirmation email, or messages I'm sending through their website. Hope situation changes and I get a reply but for now, it's very disappointing.
