You be charged on recurring mode monthly and it is difficult to find the subscription cancellation link on their app and the website.
You would be finding it in there documentation but that link doesn't show any subscriptions though we would be charged every month.
Finally I have to cancel the subscription from my bank.

I requested a refund twice within 24 hours of purchasing, but no one has responded even after more than a month.
Using the app has also been extremely frustrating. Despite having 32 GB RAM and sufficient GPU capacity, the program frequently fails to open properly, and I have to restart it almost every time just to make it work.
