recently ordered 5 cartons from this site. Packaging actually was nice with ceranawrap and all. But after opening a carton and having a cig the smokes were totally dry and loose. I sent an email complaining but never heard back. Just want people to know my experience. Recommend NOT TO BUY from this site.
