Great concept, AWFUL execution. Have had the device for a year or so, and it is without a doubt the worst product I have ever owned. I, like many others, thought the initial awfulness of the app and its connection to the device was due to the product being released too early. The reality is, this product should never have been released under whoever runs this company. A year later, support sucks, and a device that should be simple, never connects, randomly will not connect to WIFI, even being a few feet from the router, and support is just as confussed as the user.

people don’t get their rewards for each month and it takes the team months and weeks to get the rewards. I have back and forth with the mods and devs bout the system being broken to getting banned on discord for voicing out bout the system and asking legit questions why there is no monthly data for everyone’s rewards. If you don’t get your rewards you have go through hoops to start and investigation that’s takes weeks for them to even reply to your ticket.

Doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5's main screen. Must film your trips and use their GPS. Spams you with unsolicited e-mails. The in-app $NATIX Tokens and Gems you earn are based on your leaderboard position, so you earn virtually nothing unless you constantly drive. Otherwise good.
