In all honesty I’d actually already found the holiday I wanted, hotel flights etc. But I was a bit nervous of booking directly myself, too many what-ifs and worries that I’d put something in wrong.
I had used Natsammia previously when I booked one of their advertised deals so I approached Chris and asked if he was able to book the holiday I’d already found.
“Of Course!” was the answer.
Worries all gone.

What can I say?
Well from start to finish Chris and Clare made our holiday of a lifetime so easy to book and took all the stress away.
We told them the basics of we wanted to
Go to Florida and do a few things - they came up with the rest!
Planned everything- checking back in, making sure they were on the right tracks of what we wanted.
I would ring up and throw something new in there and it was done and dusted without me having to think any further.
No stress, no sleepless nights- just perfect customer service.
If there were any thing we though might cause issue- a quick message and all sorted - even when storm Debbie hit and we thought we were going to get stuck in Florida - Chris was there on the other end of the phone with positive news and a back up plan if things did change.
