When I'm in Godalming visiting…

When I'm in Godalming visiting relatives, stopping by Natter Cafe is essential. The coffee here stands out with its carefully chosen beans and the unique experience of drip filtering at your table. The menu offers delightful choices for breakfast and brunch, like the delicious Natter scrambled eggs with leeks or the excellent veggie full English. However, my top pick is their avocado and feta cheese served on sourdough with perfectly poached eggs – absolutely mouthwatering. Coupled with the warm and efficient service, I highly recommend this spot.

My happy experience

My happy experience: 1) a cortado 2) stingingly hot Darjeeling in a teapot with fine bone china cup and saucer and loose leaf tea with strainer. 3) the best eggs Benedict I have eaten in years. Unbelievably good eggs and ham 4) superb granola, yoghurt and fruit: the compôte obviously homemade . Service efficient but little sign of any pleasantries with the customers. The occasional smile and chat would be a plus.

A superb independent cafe - best coffee/food in the area

Whenever I am visiting my family in Godalming - Natter Cafe is a must.
The coffee is exceptional - beans thoughtfully sourced and a drip filter experience at your table.
Food also is wonderful - terrific breakfast/brunch options. Natter scrambled eggs with leeks are yummy, the veggie full English is great, but my personal favourite is the Avo and feta cheese on sourdough with poached eggs - deeelicious.
Add to that really friendly and efficient service and I can wholeheartedly recommend.

FABULOUS

We frequent this cafe almost daily as we work just around the corner. It has a welcoming atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and attentive and the breakfasts and bacon butties and sausage baps are truly lovely. The cappacino's are probably the best in the Country.
