Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company , i had been long standing customer and been treated awfully especially after spending thousands on this brand in harrods and other stores.

i had won a competition on instagram and yet i never recieved my prize .. my messages were read on instagram yet ignored...so i emailed the CEO Veronica Frisas on Linked in to say badly how ive been treated by this company

Nature Bisse eye serum caused damage

Their retinol eye serum caused serious damage to the tear ducts of my eyes. Researching online, I am not alone. I alerted them to this. Their customer service took 2 months to reply - they said they would recompense and actively look into it... then silence. I had to chase and it took 4 months to get an eventual response. They simply offered to send a cheaper product - no refund, no recompense and overall highly unsatisfactory from start to finish dealing with this company, let alone the serious impact of their retinol eye serum. If you have any doubts on using retinol near your eyes, or any concern for your eyes generally, please avoid this product.

Promised to resend defective product, yet never did.

It's been 2 months now that I've been in comms with Naturabisse customer service re defective spray cap/ pumps on their product, leading to product leakage, waste and uneven application.

They assured me the new products were posted to me, and asked if I could send the faulty one (I purchased 2 of them, both with a defect) to them for Quality Control.

2 weeks after they received my faulty product - their substitute never arrived. When I reached out, they said they sent the product to Spain for investigation and can't replace it until confirmed faulty.

1 month - no comms.

I reached out again, only to hear that the product I posted to them - is all good, no fault with it, and they will send me the substitute. Since then 2 weeks passed, no product and no replies to me my latest message.

Awful, petty customer service! Never will buy again from them. Shameful Liars!
