Natural Clinic Istanbul 

Natural Clinic has taken professional care of me and my wife from the point when Ms Meriem Afellous started taking our details till our return home. Pick up from the airport, accommodation at the hotel, pick and drop between hotel and clinic, meeting the clinic staff and the surgeon all were well organised and well executed. I have already introduced some friends to Natural Clinic.

I appreciate the professionalism among the staff members and well accommodating towards their clients. The staff members are friendly and kind even when you ask questions about your treatment they will explain it clearly and understandably. The thing that impressed me most is how the clinic manage in an organize manner in making the hotel accommodation, scheduling of treatment, and transportation. Clients have never to worry on these areas but to focus on their treatment procedures and recovery. Kudos to all the staff members at natural clinic.

I came to Natural Clinic from the UK for my dental treatment and had a really great experience during my first visit. From the moment I arrived everything felt very professional and well organised. The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and the staff were welcoming.
My medical consultant Sela Malek, was especially helpful. She was very kind, friendly, and supportive throughout the whole process, always making sure I felt comfortable and understood everything about the treatment.
I am very satisfied with how my first visit went, and it gave me a lot of confidence about continuing my treatment there. I am really looking forward to coming back for my second visit soon.

Awful experience. Went 5 years ago got implants wasn't told I would have to come back. Had a temporary denture that left me unable to talk or eat properly and totally changed the shape of my face. When I complained I was told it would settle down. Got back to the UK and had to get an emergency plate made which sorted the problem instantly. Lost faith in them but after 5 years I decided to go back. I was told the cost would be €2800. After I arrived and was scanned I was told it would be €9000 euro. I politely said I couldn't afford it. Then was kept around for hours trying to negotiate with me. I kepy it saying I couldn't afford it but on and on it went. Then I have to pay for the hotel and transport. Worst experience for me. A lot of other people seemed happy, but for me a nightmare!

Everyone I dealt with was very kind, I had translators helping they were also amazing. I had a subpectoral implants and uplift they are healing lovely. I found out about Natural Clinic Istanbul towards the end of 2025 online through google and as soon as I sent my inquiry, their patient consultant - Mis Nadiya reached out. We had very engaging discussions on what I want and how best they can help me.

Fast forward to Feb 2026, I made the trip from East Africa to Turkey and was treated to the best possible service - from private airport pickup, hospital experience and hotel accommodation. All these were included on my package so there were no additional costs once I got there.

The in-person consultation, my procedure and post-op checkups and were all excellent.

Nadiya has been with me throughout every step of the journey and I could not be more grateful to have her as my personal consultant. The entire planning team were also excellent, making sure am well informed on the plans and schedules for my entire stay.

Already recommending Natural Clinic to family members and friends who wish to have aesthetics procedures done and I will keep recommending anyone else to choose them as their clinic of choice.
