Paid for 48h delivery, ordered over a week ago. Item still not arrived. Fake tracking number and no response from emails

Paid for 48 hour delivery and it took 10 days to arrive. When it did I wanted to return a product. Have contacted the company several times to do this. They replied once to ask if the product had been opened but never told me how or where to return to. So I'm stuck with it and can't get a refund. Will never order from this company again.

Ordered 7th January and never received my order. Email address provided kept coming back and undelivered. Took my money though.

I’ve been on skinny juice and African mango for a month now and it’s been great with energy levels and also lost over a stone so it’s a great supplement. I’ve also been on Vita Tan capsules and I’ve noticed a change in my colour so can’t wait to carry on using these products for more results! Don’t hesitate just go for it you won’t be disappointed and there isn’t any harsh chemicals or side effects :)

I only started today ,and not hungry at all, do you Eat on the juice ? I’m not sure or do just do 1 drink a day ? Thanks

I really liked the opportunity to start with a sample pack at a very affordable cost. My plan was to see which flavour I liked best before investing in a full size purchase.
The samples did not come with any literature on how best to take- on an empty stomach or what quantity of water to add etc . I decided to test two flavours and added probably a quarter of a pint of water to each.
It could be a coincidence but I felt very sickly ?? I intend giving the other samples ago soon but have had dental surgery so am waiting till I feel completely recovered before giving it another go.
I think some tips with the sample order would be helpful and maybe advise if there are any common side effects like nausea etc z I am still very keen to give it a go , I have known two peiole, not well enough to chat with who have had really good results with the product and had major weight loss - so I’m still very positive about the product 🤞🤞

Did not do anything at all. I emailed and asked for a refund and was told it would be escalated to a manager. Not heard anything and no refund.

Ordered a few times before was great ! Last time tho order never arrived and took me 4 weeks to get my money back and then I only got some back not all . All I did was chase it up for weeks not really getting anywhere

Not sure what to think, the whole batch is 3 months out of date so feeling a bit disappointed as they probably won't work now
