Company’s customer care is outstanding

Company’s customer care is outstanding! Couldn’t recommend more even though the purchased item ie organic spirulina on a well-known online marketplace didn’t meet my expectations (I am a long term buyer/consumer of spirulina and know its taste etc). The reason is very simple - I was treated like the VIP by their customer service.

Not only they contacted me after my honest review published on that online platform, but also offered me either a full refund without my request or another package of spirulina free of charge to give the company a second chance.

Moreover, all of their commutation was in a very polite formal manner which was also appreciated.

So, all in all, I’m again their customer purely due to customer care attitude. Well done!
