I have not published a book before, and Will has been very helpful. Both with explaining the overall process, the ins and outs of it, and with his initial comments on a sample of my book. I now have a number of good comments on my work, which I am working through, ahead of Will doing a complete copyedit of my work.
I have found Will to be professional and easy to work with. He has completed any work done for me ahead of his estimated date.

Will has a very down-to-earth realism in his literary analysis which is so helpful with regard to keeping in mind the fundamental needs of the reader. He is open about what informs his approach so his critique comes across clearly in the context of his own experience and perspectives. all of which was genuinely insightful and offered in a spirit of encouragement which I found to be hugely valuable.
