The products and super rapid delivery (in the UK) are both 5 star ... but the website experience is poor and - for me, worse - is that I never receive any 'confirmation of order' email after submitting bank details. This is such a ubiquitous and basic part of the online shopping process now -- ESPECIALLY and essentially for purchasing peace of mind in a world of increasing cyber fraud -- that I find it really odd the NHP logistics/ tech folk have not spotted and fixed this yet, despite feedback (the website says you'll get a confirmation email, so it's not by design). I repeat order quarterly and had no confirmation of order email at all in 2023. A first world problem I guess, but the brief uncertainty and minor stress between hitting 'buy' and delivery of goods shouldn't be necessary - welcome this being fixed before my next purchase.

I wouldn’t buy my supplements from anywhere else, as NHP and Marilyn Glenvile is trusted and the ingredients ‘clean’. I’ve been taking my supplements from NHP for over 15 years, namely the Omega, Vitamin D and women’s multivitamin; I feel that they support my body and health very well, assisting in holding back the years! Whenever I call with my order it’s likely speaking to friends, Catrina is extremely helpful and we always have a good chat!

Was only told item out of stock after ordering - long delay. Should have said item was out of stock on the website!

I received my order of Healthy Ageing Support the next day. Started taking the capsules the same day and feel good. Overall NHP provides a really good service and I have been feeling healthy using their products for a couple of years, while continuing with good nutrition and excercise, as recommended by NHP, and that is why I rate them really high. The consultation and follow-ups have been
first-class.

I love the products because they are all natural. No added extras that could do damage to your body. The offers are good and seem to be the products that I order regularly.

Correct product delivered promptly but in two parcels (over two days) when all items could have been fitted into one of the boxes saving packaging (and postage).
