We have asked a redesign of our existing website. It took long for them to create a long contract and even longer (4 weeks) to present their design suggestions.
Well, I have expierenced a lot, but this has been the far the most unprofessional "suggestions" we ever received.
They have just clicked some elements to a Figma canvas without listening to our needs nor kept orientation to references we provided.
Overall - 6-8 weeks time wasted including a budget that is lost.
