His Bulletproof Breathwork and Embodiment Program has transformed my breathing and the way I perceive life. I always find his breath journies both inspiring and ecstatic. He is the master of being naturally ecstatic.
The workshop I attended equipped me with the tools necessary to use Pete’s specialised breathing techniques in everyday life.
The breathing techniques support me and create a stillness within me that help give me the power to overcome anxiety and addictions. The techniques also give me the ability to be more comfortable with life and create a feeling of safety whilst also allowing me to access greater happiness and more energy.
The workshop was fun and during it, Pete held the space in a way that encouraged confidence. The atmosphere was positive, supportive and non-judgemental. I highly recommend these workshops.

I attended a weekend of breathwork with Pete and it was a really amazing workshop. Pete held the group so well and was so knowledgeable about the techniques he was teaching us. Pete brings love, humour and enthusiasm to his work. I would highly recommend doing a breathwork workshop with Pete.

One of the most educational and fun weekends I've ever had. Pete and Naturally Ecstatic is next level breath and state management practices. The way Pete teaches in steps before then joining the steps together is both clever and effective.
