We’ve just returned from our second holiday both of which were expertly organised by Naturally Morocco. From the off it became obvious of Karen’s love of the country and its people. Through listening to us and using her in-depth knowledge it gave us perfect tailor-made itineraries. In both our trips we enjoyed fantastic journeys through Morocco and stayed in extraordinary places.

Drivers were excellent and they all drove unhurriedly and safely. Our praise to Omar and his son Mustafa (and thanks for the present of their own delicious olive oil!) and especially to Mohamed who was with us for four days. He’s a lovely man, courteous, caring, and a true font of information.

We cannot recommend Naturally Morocco highly enough. The company offers excellent value and Karen’s extensive knowledge and helpfulness made planning our Moroccan adventures a great experience.

All in all it we had a fabulous time on both our holidays and glad we chose to go with Naturally Morocco.

Fantastic and different holiday in Tangier and Fes. First time with this company. Accommodation very well situated in both places. The Fes riad was like sleeping in a Moroccan temple! Staff at both spoke excellent English and were most helpful. We managed both medinas without guides using the street maps provided. The drivers, one from the airport and one to return to Tangier airport when we could have missed the flight home, were very prompt and professional. Thank you, Karen, for arranging the latter transfer at short notice. Would recommend for tailormade holiday.

It was delightful to have found out from several of our hosts that you knew them personally. Hussein, who drove us from Ouirgane to Essaouira for example spoke very highly of you!

Gill loved the souks, and we bought quite a few bits and pieces home that will remind us of our trip for a long time. I loved the food and learned a lot about Moroccan culture and history.

Les Borjs de la Kasbah was the best of the hotels - great service and lovely hospitality as well as being a delightful building.

Domaine Malika was quirky but again the service was excellent. The food was nice but it was cold while we were there and the building was not well designed for it! Although we had the wood fires, the common areas were always chilly, while I had to search out more wood to keep our bedroom warm. The walk with our guide Mohamed was my favourite day as we had long chats about everything throughout the day and the meal we had at his house was very good. The scenery was spectacular.

Dar Maya was very nice but also felt cramped given the clever way that it had been built on such a tiny footprint. We didn’t eat any dinners there but breakfasts were excellent. The weather picked up while we were there and we spent 2 days at Villa Beldi, which I would thoroughly recommend. Gardens were lovely and food was amazing.

Overall we loved it and would recommend you to anyone.

Utterly wonderful holiday in Morocco
Right from the get go when we arrived at Marrakesh Airport, everything ran like clockwork, and we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Every taxi driver was great and always on time. The Riads in Essaouria and Marrakesh were superb. Both could not do enough for us and were so welcoming and helpful. Both were in perfect central locations. Both were a sanctuary. We especially loved our rooftop room in Marrakesh and the rooftop area - just magical.
The holiday surpassed our expectations and we feel recharged and motivated!

In April , with the help of Naturally Morocco , we enjoyed a fantastic 9 day / 3 centre trip to Morocco.
After our initial booking various issues inc. family bereavement and flight cancellations , meant our itinerary had to change several times , but in every case Karen at Naturally Morocco responded sympathetically , quickly and efficiently to make the necessary changes .
All the accommodation was excellent , the riad staff were all charming and efficient and the road transfers between locations were faultless . All the local drivers used were punctual , friendly and informative , so that rather than simply getting us from A to B , those road trips became a very enjoyable part of the holiday and enabled us to see and learn much more about the country .
I had travelled independently to almost every continent over the previous 20 years rather than use travel agents , but if anyone is considering a trip to Morocco , appreciates good accomodation and interesting locations and needs expert advice and assistance , I would recommend Naturally Morocco without hesitation

My wife and I booked a one week fly/drive holiday using an itinerary suggested by Karen and based on our aspirations. The trip was successful in all aspects and so must tip my hat to Karen's great work. Clearly a lot of knowledge and experience feeds into the itinerary iterations and great comms results in the final version being spot on. All of the hotels/riads and the car hire plus balloon flight were high quality. Thank you Karen, take a bow.

We made a booking in January of this year with Naturally Morocco for a holiday to begin in October. Unfortunately the terrible earthquake struck in early September. Karen has been absolutely wonderful in reorganising our holiday for this time next year with great understanding and speed. At no time was there any pressure to maintain our schedule for this year even though the flights are still going and the FCO have not issued any advice to cancel. Obviously we have not yet travelled with Naturally Morocco but if the service we have received so far is anything to go by, then we are in for a great holiday next year!

Naturally Morocco was highly recommended to us by our friend. Initially we were supposed to travel to Morocco in April 2020 but with just a few weeks to go the world went into lockdown. Karen was amazing in reassuring and supporting us with all our refunds etc.

3 years on we returned to Naturally Morocco to rebook our bespoke road trip around Morocco. Once again, I couldn't fault the companies hard work and amazing service in making sure our holiday was unique and hassle free. Karen always had the time to listen to what we required from our trip, gave knowledgeable advice and guided us to plan the perfect child friendly, 11 day road trip around Morocco, travelling to the High Atlas Mountains, Taroudant, Sahara Desert- camel trek, Ait Ben Haddou and Marrakesh.

Our itinerary was planned from the moment we stepped off then plane with friendly transfers drivers, outstanding, beautiful accommodation and welcoming staff who provided us with amazing tasty meals, helpful and friendly personal drivers and an exciting Sahara camel trek excursion.

Naturally Morocco are so passionate and knowledgeable about Morocco. Our experience booking our road trip with them was stress free from pre trip advice support, planning the itinerary, to many telephone calls, patiently listening to my concerns regarding travelling around Morocco with children.

We had the most amazing, memorable family trip. I have no hesitation in recommending Naturally Morocco if you are looking for a unique bespoke, reasonable cost holiday with an expectational service and endless quality, knowledgeable advice.

If you are planning to visit Morocco, there is no company I would go with other than Naturally Morocco. They are incredibly efficient, communicate promptly and listen to your aims and hopes for your trip before putting together the perfect itinerary. They really know and have a passion for Morocco, so they can deliver an experience which feels both authentic and incredibly comfortable and hassle free.

Our transfers worked like clockwork, and we were placed in a wonderful Riad in the medina which became a sanctuary, with a feeling of coming home each day after the bustle of the souks and old Marrakech. The staff were exemplary in their welcome and assistance throughout our stay, and they were an invaluable resource for information and assistance, as well as plenty of fresh mint tea!

Our walk in the High Atlas was a real highlight, and again, the transfers were smooth and the guide first class - we would definitely recommend this for the enthusiastic walker (although for the less enthusiastic, I believe a mule could get you up the mountain). It was certainly worth the effort - the views were spectacular, and the sense of peace profound.

In addition to the extensive pre trip information which was provided to help orientate us to our destination, Karen was happy to give us tips which proved invaluable.

We would return in a heartbeat and probably sooner than later, to explore another part of this fascinating country with the help of Naturally Morocco.

Decided I needed an adventure on reaching a certain age and chose Naturally Morocco to organise my trip. Being a single, older female, who had never travelled abroad on my own before, I was terrified. However, Karen was wonderful and very patient, answering all my silly questions. I ended up going across the Atlas mountains to Ait Ben Haddou, and then returning to stay in Marrakech for a few days. Everything went like clockwork, the riads they chose for me were just perfect, and the people there were amazing. Can't praise this company enough.

I cannot fault Karen and Naturally Morocco. The Marrakesh tour with the desert trip was superb planning and timings were spot on. Pickup drop off as per the description and itinerary. All good and safe in the knowledge that is says was does on the tin. An all round great value real Moroccan experience.

We have just returned from our honeymoon in Morocco, having booked a complex itinerary through Karen at Naturally Morocco. We could not have been more pleased with our holiday, it ran seamlessly, being collected and transported around Morocco, the cities, desert, mountains without a single hitch. The work Karen put into our holiday was extraordinary, with the detailed itinerary and attaching notes.

I've never, ever received such personal attention from a travel company and cannot recommend Karen and Naturally Morocco highly enough. Most importantly, when the hotels etc knew we were with Naturally Moroccan, they really showed us respect, and it's clear the company has a great reputation out there as well. We would only ever use them for future Morocco trips.... They were also excellent value, and listened to what we wanted to do. We love them and are forever grateful, thank you Karen.

Thanks to Karen once again for organising all the details for a one-week trip in Morocco. Excellent hotel choices, orderly transfers in between. We're returning customers; this was our second trip with Naturally Morocco (NM).

I was impressed that NM had set up their itinerary info such that it was possible to get a detailed and costed itinerary within a very short turn-around. That made it easily customisable too, chopping and changing an activity or a journey here or there. The real groundwork done by NM though comes before: the connections with local accommodation and transport providers which, I'm really glad to say, work very well. Hotels are as described (no disappointments on arrival) .. and the taxi transfers, always by punctual, courteous and helpful drivers. Having worked in the Middle East region myself in the past, I know how difficult this is to achieve!

Pleased to have had a curated experience with NM - it suits the traveller who doesn't want the all-inclusive (being told where to eat, where to go) but also knows the unpredictability of trying to arrange everything on one's own. It really is a great balance. Highly, highly recommend. Hope to use again, Morocco has such diverse landscapes, you can have any flavour of holiday (beach, city, desert, mountain).

We chose Naturally Morocco to plan our 2020 holiday after a recommendation from a friend. Karen was really helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to all our questions we had during the booking process.

However due to Covid-19 we never actually got to go on our holiday and had to get a refund. Despite being in a difficult and worrying position Naturally Morocco processed our refund smoothly. She spent many hours on the phone trying to get Ryan Air to refund the flights not just for us but her other clients as well. We have not yet been successful but this is no reflection on Naturally Morocco.

I can't recommend Naturally Morocco highly enough and will definitely book again when its safe to travel.

Karen’s extensive knowledge, approachability and efficiency made planning our Moroccan adventure a great experience. From day one it was clear that we were in very capable hands.
Unfortunately we were forced to cancel our trip at the last minute due to the pandemic. Karen did not disappoint and her competent calm manner shone through as she worked hard to secure the best possible outcome for us in a difficult situation.

We had a wonderful holiday to Fez. Karen organised everything so efficiently and helpfully - exactly as with our previous 3 holidays through Naturally Morocco.
We loved Riad Norma - it was beautiful, so comfortable, very friendly and hospitable. We especially loved the peaceful garden and the stunning roof top terrace. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Monique was so keen to ensure we felt that it was ‘our home’ and we should have everything we wanted or needed. The staff Eunez, Azzhiny and both the ladies were so kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome.
We must also give a special mention to the other people that you had arranged to look after us whilst we were there. Hassane who was a really amazing guide round Fez. He was incredibly knowledgeable and presented all he knew in such an accessible and fun way.
Our 2 taxi drivers, Ali and his son Yazeen were both so reliable and punctual, polite, charming and helpful.
Thank you very much for arranging our holiday again. We will continue to strongly recommend Naturally Morocco to others and will definitely come back to you for our next holiday in Morocco.

My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Karen at Naturally Morocco (an IATA bonded tour Operator) to organise your holiday. The cost of our 20 night stay (excluding £2,000 for tips, meals, presents, etc in local currency), but ncluding air fares and 5 days car hire, was £4,000. We flew to Fez with Air Arabia from Gatwick and ended up in Essaouira with a Sahara camel riding en route. We asked for a variety of places to stay and to spent a minimum of 2 nights in each place we visited.

Based in Wales and with only 4 staff, Naturally Morocco knows Morocco their proiders personally.,and we send a special thank you to Hussaine, our excellent guide in Fez. No agents are involved. All bookings are direct and our specification was mached exactly. Good value. What more could we expect! The holiday was planned to perfection.

We have just returned from a second wonderful holiday in Morocco organised by Naturally Morocco. Although we were doing a significant amount of traveling during our second week, staying in 5 different places traveling back from the Sahara to Marrakech, everything worked like clockwork. We stayed in some extraordinary places and our driver, Samir was brilliant. We also really enjoyed being with our guide, Hassane, in Fez, such a lovely man and so knowledgeable.
It was lovely to go back to Riad Zohar and meet up with the owner, Allan again. We feel so at home there. We're thinking of moving in permanently! (Only joking Allan!).

We had a truly wonderful holiday in Morocco and were delighted with our itinerary and all the services along the way.
The food at the Palais Oumensour was delicious, the gardens and attention to detail at Chez Momo were beautiful and the staff at El Borj could not have been more lovely. The accommodation was above and beyond our expectations from the roof top room in Taradount to the poolside suite in Ouirgane - by the time we got to our incredible suite of rooms in Marrakesh we were starting to have ideas above our station. The trekking was a true adventure and we felt so lucky to stay in the calm simplicity of the villages. Abdul (Abdellah?) was an excellent guide who handled the sudden change in weather (nearly half a meter of snow) with supreme professionalism. Despite the extreme conditions Hassan and Rachide and their not in the least bit stubborn mules managed to provide a non-stop flow of delicious hot meals. Impressive! And a special shout out for the delightful Omar who drove us from Taradount to Ouirgane and then on to Marrakesh.
A big thank you to Karen for all that she did for us. We wanted to add another person to our group at the last minute and it was done quickly, efficiently and at very little extra expense.
We still feel like we’ve only just touched the surface of this remarkable country and so intend to come back for more. In the meantime I won’t hesitate to recommend Karen and Naturallymorocco.

We wanted help planning our trip to Morocco, but we only needed a light touch (not a minutely planned tour). We especially needed help finding local guides. Karen arranged for a car and driver for 7 days through the pre-Sahara. We were happy with our guide and everything went smoothly. We also had half-day guides in Fes (excellent) and Marrakech (so-so). We booked most hotels through Karen, and she was very flexible in accommodating our adjustments to her usual itinerary (we booked 3 nights directly, in towns that Karen doesn't have overnight recommendations). Everything went smoothly and there were no glitches. Karen was available to help with pre-trip planning as needed. We didn't need to have contact with her during the trip because everything went smoothly. All of Karen's recommendations were good, and her prices are fair.
