Sito ingannevole!!!!!

Ho ordinato un prodotto FIDANDOMI di ciò che pubblicizza il sito ovvero CONSEGNA IN 24/48 ore mentre sono già passati 8 giorni e il prodotto REGOLARMENTE PAGATO non mi è ancora arrivato!!!!trattandosi di prodotti non “superflui”ma relativi a cure trovo la cosa davvero assurda e quindi NON CONSIGLIO AFFATTO GLI ACQUISTI DA Naturalma.
Le mie numerose rimostranze sono sempre state liquidate dicendo che hanno scritto al corriere per sollecitare….un po’ riduttivo a mio avviso…o perlomeno non vanno ingannati i clienti scrivendo sul sito i tempi di consegna se non si riescono a rispettare!

Servizio clienti inesistente

Ho contattato questa azienda per avere informazioni sui loro prodotti. Ho usato il form presente sul loro sito.
Purtroppo non hanno mai risposto! Servizio clienti inesistente. Se questo e' l'inizio non oso pensare se ci fosse bisogno di contattarli per cose piu' importanti. Bocciati!
