Magic in a Gummy? Not So Much. Apparently these gummies are supposed to transform your life. Mine just transformed my money into… nothing.
Superpowers Sold Separately. Took these every day. Still waiting for superpowers, energy, or even a hint of wellness. Spoiler: none came. Deliciously Useless! They taste fine, I guess… but so does sugar. At least sugar doesn’t promise results it can’t deliver. Total waste of money!

This companies customer service is awful

This companies customer service is terrible. If you email them about a refund they ignore you. I have been requesting a refund for a month and a half now, sent numerous emails and still get no response. They don’t have a customer service number because they know it is easier to ignore customers. I highly doubt not recommend this company to nobody mainly because of the customer service.

I love the product but nothing Else

I love the product but the ordering and shipping process is horrible. There is no customer service number. I would love to set up auto ship but that doesn’t work on the site. I paid for an order 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful! The product I order was to satisfaction. However, I had the order on auto-ship that I eventually I cancelled. They kindly told me that they would send me a return label, and never did! I’ve emailed customer service at least 5 times to no avail, since they don’t have a phone number. I say again the products are good, they customer service gets an F.

They do not honor their refund policy…

They do not honor their refund policy and they set you up on subscription without your consent. They took money out my account and sent me another order. I tried emailing them, I tried cancelling the subscription, their website don't allow you to. It gives you error messages. I finally got an email that said they would cancel it and the another one saying someone would reach out about the refund, but never did. I have emailed them four times and still no response. I had a bad reaction from this stuff and cannot take it .

I placed my order for two bottles on…

I placed my order for two bottles on February 3rd, 2026. I received the free downloads but not the actual product. I asked about the delivery time on the "Help" tab. After a week, I received an auto message saying that the product is on back order. Since I used PayPal for payment, it's being investigated by PayPal. I called the company phone number listed on PayPal and it has been disconnected. I saw this advertised on Instagram and get promotional emails every day from them. My advise is to stay away from this company.

recently purchased 3 sea moss gummies and joint/mobility & didn’t receive everything

I recently purchased the 3 bottle sea moss gummies and 1 mobility/joints bottle for my elderly mother, on subscription. Unfortunately when i received my package, the mobility/joints was not in the package. 4 of the regular gummies. Which isn’t what I ordered! I texted Emily, she suggested I email customer support, but to no avail, they have not yet responded to my emails. This company didn’t even communicate with me that they were out of said product or if I wanted any refund or replacement. They indicated within their back office that a product wasn’t being sent, but no other clarity. It’s unprofessional, unfair and poor customer service. They have no phone number to call that answers and it’s been 2 weeks to no response. So yes, I rate a 1 because they intentionally sent me what they wanted, they intentionally did not communicate and intentionally ignored my emails. I have receipts of purchases for products and pictures of what was received as well as emails sent for assistance.
