I bought this product back in June and it was dry after one application, they ignored my emails so I contacted them through PayPal, it took four months but I got my refund. Thanks PayPal.
FAKE. Don't buy. Microblading effect is not same as advertisement and they don't send the one for free. No answers to my emails. Think I lost my 15 euros.
Took ages to arrive , initially ( as in the first 1-3 applications ) it felt like a decent product and did work well on my eyebrows . It’s now almost dried up ( the cap was always on ) , leaves a weird residue on my brows . Don’t waste your money .
Scamming fake business. Never received my items. Saw an ad on Instagram that lead me to its decent looking website. Wasted 25 quid. Don't buy from here!!!
I wouldn't even give 1 star if it was possible. DO NOT Buy from this company. Pen has nothing in it. Its empty. I have emailed a video to customer service 4 times and they are claiming they can't view it. This is obviously how they are make money!
Very poor quality.Product was dried up.Seemed already used and worn.The writing on the outside was faded in exactly the place where ones thumb might rest when using the product. Customer service non existant.I wouldnt buy this product again I am hoping for a refund ,
Item arrived faulty. Email response was awful. I have had to email them the consumer rights act 2015 as I'm not sure this company is legit!!! They have no customer service skills, unfortunately I'm very unsure if I will get a refund and I feel they will do a moonlight flit...… DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY....

It took 3 weeks for the pen to arrive!! It’s awful and dried up already. Waste of money. The company doesn’t respond to emails!!
I recently ordered the brow pen and it dried out after one use. When I contacted them to ask for a refund, they informed me they do not give refunds, despite advertising a clear '14 day stress free refund' on their website. I have emailed 4 times now and pointed this out to them, and each time get the same response. No refunds. Not impressed as not cheap at £14! Don't be fooled by the glossy adverts!
I had seen beautiful video on social media and decided to buy their product. When it arrived i was really disappointed. The ink is super dry. You have to make effort to get some colour out of it. I tried to contact their costumer service but without any luck.
