I started to think SCAM

Ok I've got to admit I started to suspect scam after 10 days and my order was still not dispatched. I emailed an enquiry to the company and got the standard reply 'due to high demand dispatch will be longer than expected'. Waited again and emailed - 'Please send asap or refund money' My order was dispatched next day...so, Not a Scam!
2 Cloud bike seats with extra accessories that we are very happy with.
3 Star for service, 5 star for product.
