Bad customer service

I love their shirts, the graphics are nice, material is good quality, and their mission is cool. However, it took 4 weeks for my order to arrive. The worst part was the entire time their customer service just made excuses! They blamed it on USPS when my order hadn't even left their facilities. I know my order hadn't left because they called me to tell me they "ran out" of the color of shirt that I ordered... So I didn't even get the products that I ordered in the first place. I would NOT recommend if you want fast shipping or customer service.

Awesome Shirts, Good Communication!

I ordered two shirts and received them fairly quickly. The fit is perfect - great colors and graphics, thick & comfy material. I had great communication with a representative after I goofed up and put in the wrong email address for myself. They quickly fixed it for me and sent shipping information. Will definitely order again in the future!

it has been four months since I’ve put…

it has been four months since I’ve put my order in, just got the shipping update and they sent it to a completely different address than they verified with me. Try to call them? Number is mysteriously always busy.

NO recommendation

Unfortunately I did not read this here. I can totally confirm. Two (!) of the ten ordered items arrived at my place. The communication was not good, insofar as they kept confirming, but the goods did not arrive.
Then the whole refund procedure was an odysee of E-Mails and I am still waiting for money for one package.
Classical example of glittery, shiny marketing but no real performance!

Almost 2 months and still have not received tshirt.

I ordered a long sleeve tshirt right before Thanksgiving and I have not received it...almost 2 months! They emailed me in December saying that they had an issue printing the particular design that I wanted and asked me to choose another design which i did. The last email that I received was January 1st saying that they would send it out. Ive responded back to emails and through their customer service form on their website. All I ask is that they just communicate.

Nature Backs did eventually refund me for one of the shirts, and replaced the second one with what was supposed to be correct in coloring. I am still taking a break from this company, and probably won't order around holidays anymore because that's when they seem backed up. I will say I'm thankful they remedied the situation in a way I agree with. I'm giving them a couple stars back because I've ordered from them many, many times successfully before. I still hope they get a customer service phone number though.

I hate providing negative reviews, but I'm at a loss. I received 2 separate orders on December 23 - both which I want to return because the coloring looked nothing like what was advertised on the website and one shirt had a sticky stain on it. They were a limited capsule, so it says I can't return them on the Return Portal. I e-mailed my concerns on December 26 and got a response back that said "Shows that it finally got delivered! Did you get it?" which didn't address anything I wrote in the e-mail. I e-mailed again on December 31 and January 6 and have yet to receive any kind of response from customer service regarding these issues.

I started ordering from Nature Backs many years ago, and I can't count the number of t-shirts, long sleeves and sweatshirts I've bought for myself and others. It seems like something has happened this past year and size/quality control and customer service has gone downhill. I can no longer be a loyal customer unless something is done to remediate these issues, and they get a landline so you can speak to someone instead of playing e-mail tag.

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my…

UPDATE: No order was placed and no order received on the dates the response said. I’ve sent 2 emails to the email address the responder included in their response. No reply. I also sent another message to their customer support. No response. I’ve lost count of all the communication I’ve sent. Never buy from this company.

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my order to ship! Multiple emails have been sent to customer service and not one response. I’m beyond pissed. This business doesn’t care about their customers and is untrustworthy. I finally reported them to the BBB. Guess what their rating is……F!!!!! Next stop is contacting my bank. I’m finished doing business with them.

I tried looking through our email history under your first name and was able to pull up information on some past orders that we have responded to. If you purchased on December 15th, it looks like your order was delivered to you on the 23rd promptly. We do have some delays on shipping due to just coming back into the office from the holidays, but we're taking care of those as soon as we can again!

They lost a loyal customer

I've ordered from this company for years and USED to receive the product in less than two weeks time. Most recent order placed December 2nd. Label created, but UPS didn't receive the order for over a week. No response to emails, and then FINALLY received a package, but missing two shirts that I was charged for. Still no communication or response to emails.

Great customer service

Great customer service! I ordered a bunch of t-shirts for Christmas and they got here in time even though there was a hiccup for one of the designs! They are so fun that I would rather keep all of them for myself, but I won't. Also, awesome quality shirts!

I placed my order December 2nd and…

I placed my order December 2nd and still haven’t received any confirmation about it being shipped so I took it into my own hands to message them on Facebook after two attempts of emailing them with no answer. I asked them in my message if my package had shipped because in the SHOP app that they say to use to track your order kept saying Order Has Been Placed for ten business days. No answer but 20 minutes after sending the message my SHOP app updated and said Ready To Ship, which is kinda weird and the delivery date was set for yesterday 12/18 and it has now been saying that for 4 days. UPS hasn’t even received the package and now the UPS website says “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” I will not be ordering from them again. I understand it’s almost Christmas but you could at least answer emails or messages regarding someone’s order especially when they have told you that it’s a Christmas present for a loved one!😐

Where is my order?

Ordered on 27th nov and it s been à nightmare. Problem with my adress, then order supposed to be on its way but Global Post hasn t received the package... to this day i don t have the parcel (christmas presents) and am waiting and waiting and waiting for answers. So disappointed. I ordered 2 tee-shirts 4 years ago and it was perfect.

I'm honestly sick of waiting

I'm honestly sick of waiting for my package. I ordered 16 days ago first there was a problem with the printer. Then there was a problem trying to get a refund. Then there is a problem shipping the package. Then the shipping update says the package is stuck at a USPS office. All around a horrendous experience from which I just want to be over so I can never order again. Chat seemed helpful when speaking to them, all to no avail. This company used to be good, used to ship when they claimed they would and were literally 5x faster. Now they are absolutely terrible.

Super slow and no customer service

I placed my order on Nov. 21 and still haven’t received anything. Although they already sent me a request on how I like the shirts I ordered… They are slow at answering emails too. I was told my order would ship last week but it didn’t. They also don’t answer phone calls. So, I don’t know about their products yet, but their customer service is not good.

I do enjoy their past designs but…

I do enjoy their past designs but recently they have started to carry designs that seem more appropriate for children. Cartoons instead of depicting nature. Secondly, I agree with their horrible shipping and customer care. Takes days for response because I think they work only 3 days a week. Takes forever for a shipment to ship and even longer for a reply.

Poor experience

I ordered two shirts in August of this year for the first time and I have not yet received anything, it has been over 2 months since I ordered them and it is ridiculous, I have also tried to contact them, I have sent about 3 messages via email and have not received a response yet to either of those, the last update I got on my order was on September 9, I am not an international buyer so the shirts shouldn’t have taken this long to arrive, and I am still waiting on my package as I write this review.

first and last time ordering

Approaching 3 weeks with no updates on my order and now no response from customer service. I get they only work M-Th… but, seriously? I’m wondering if I’ll ever see the 5 shirts I bought or even get my money back. Unacceptable. Never again.

No Communication On Order Delay

I ordered from them in 2021 and it was fine. I liked the shirt and I don't remember it taking very long to arrive.

I ordered $88 worth of shirts on August 15th. There was no update until I wrote this review on September 3rd. I tried reaching out to them 3 times. No confirmation that they had received my requests.

First, I sent out an email to info(@)naturebacks.com on August 27th. Then I submitted a request via the form on their site. Then again submitted a request via the form on their site a 2nd time. So in total I reached out 3 times 2 different ways. They responded to this review initially and didn't see my name because it's different in my email.

In order to hear back from their support, I had to write this review. Even then they would sometimes not respond to my emails. However, when they would respond they were very nice.

They said there was a misprint that caused the delay. If that was the case, I'm not sure why they wouldn't reach out to customers who purchased that particular shirt to let them know there would be a delay.

My order finally arrived on Sept. 14th, but the shipping information wasn't updated at all it just showed up. The shirts are nice quality, but I don't think I'll be ordering again because this was just kind of a hassle.

Customer service after ordering was…

Customer service after ordering was terrible. I ordered through Google pay and it used my last address. I reached 3 times through the support link on thier website. They never responded. I responded to the email when they created the label, they responded a day later saying it was too late. Ups could change if I called. I called ups and they said the shipper could change the address but I could do nothing about it. Nature back said to call again. I called two more times and requested my money back after nature backs refused to do anything. They said they can't do that but thanks for the support! I will be getting rid of my family nature backs attire. We don't need to promote their brand if they are going to be petty over $40.

Once packages are out of our hands we cannot change anything as it is in the hands of UPS. We, unfortunately, sent out your package to the address that was initially provided to us. Because we sent it out to what was given to us at checkout, we have a certain protocol to follow in order for our customers to get their order and UPS/USPS have always changed the addresses to the ones that are in transit.
