Everything looks great and is in awesome conditions! I'm still in the process to mount the hangboard on the wall but the portable one I've been using and is amazing! They were also kind enough to send a t-shirt for the time it took for the delivery and they have guides for the hangboards use and mount!! Thank youu

Never received my products
UPS asks me to ask NC to file a complain but they never answered my emails.
*UPDATE* : they answered me beginning of Jan. Package has been declared lost and they are sending me a new one.

What I like most is the vision of the company. It's refreshing to see skilled craftsmanship at work instead of mass-produced products. It's rare that a material item sparks a lot of joy for me, but knowing that the materials are sustainably sourced, coupled with skilled hands-on work, and a beautiful finish, makes me so excited to own and use a piece of art.

Love the design and the texture!

Product is great, I enjoy it more than my hangboard, which I can not mount at the doorframe anymore. Support is helpfull and insightfull.

Build quality is very high quality, and the customer service is top tier.

They got my order wrong. When i contacted them through chat, they ignored my messages.

Update: They fixed my order. Was quite a bit of extra waiting. They send me free chalk as an apology, but i don't need chalk and the bag had a hole so now there's a bunch of chalk dust floating around in my room...

The StoneHanger is very functional, has a beautiful design & a great build quality. Wrapped in a simple, but very nice packaging. It was shipped and delivered fast. Tutorials included. Superb all the way, kudos!
