Poor customer service & product
First time user of Shilajit. Ordered based on the 30 day return promise. Contacted seller as there's no expiry date provided on the product, which is a big red flag. Mohammed sent an email reply trying to reassure me but offering a refund if I wish to return the product. I replied confirming the latter and have since sent a chaser email, but have not heard anything back, it's been 8 weeks! I would not recommend this seller or its products based on my experience, save your money!

Not a great product!!
Delivery was a disgrace although the proprietors put a video out apologising to previous customers for postage delays & assured new customers that product was in stock and ready to go, definitely not the case!!!!
However the main point is the product. I personally have been using Shilajit for well over a year & have been extremely happy with it apart from the fact it’s consistency is very hard and a bit of a struggle to get a pea size out from bottle to use, however this stuff is rather soft (liquidy) so easy to use BUT have been using it for around a week now and it’s definitely not as good as the GENUINE product. I’ve looked at other reviews and have realised that majority of these people are first time users of Shilajit hence are overly excited. They clearly don’t know any better. Clearly I will not buying from this company again. Oh btw they sent out a free oil/perfume which went straight in to the bin (smelt awful) although I’m a huge fan of quality OUD products. Thanks anyway guys but no thanks. They seem to send these cheap free gifts to customers as a way of apology & it’s a shame many people going it so acceptable and end up leaving a reasonably good review for a poor product.
Finally any product that is regulated or certified comes with a CERTIFICATE, no certificate is provided by this seller. What does this say about the product!!!!

Although there was a delay in the reciept of this product which was a little disconcerting, the Shilajit did arrive and it does exactly what it says on the jar. There is a definite mood upgrade, at 62 my testosterone was diminishing yet it has definitely perked up over the few weeks that I have been consuming this Elixir. I believe Nature empowered to be the real Mccoy.

Brilliant product
Delivery took a little longer that expected, however contact and customer service was great. Their shilajit is the real deal. So many fakes out there but this is the genuine article. Very happy with my product and really does work. Ordered twice now
