Customer service was great, but the trees I ordered were well beyond dead when I received them. Never got them replaced because they were sold out until recently. No big deal!

We’ve made 2 purchases in a year and very pleased with both . We first needed grass starters to help fill in our seeded yard bald patches . The grass was very healthy upon arrival! We recently had friends watch our favorite plant when we were on vacation. They loved it , so we got one for them just like it ! Perfect and exactly what we wanted . Will always use this company going forward!

Horrible company and horrific customer service. I will never buy anything from this nursery/company again. Mailed me inferior plants then they do not stand behind their inferior plants when the die with 60 days of arrival. Bought in Aug, shipped in Oct, DOA in Nov 2023. My advice is...do not buy anything from this nursery.. they only deserve 0.0000001 stars.

I ordered two Tiny Wine Bark bushes and two Gold Lace Junipers. I ordered them in the largest container I could get. They arrived beautifully packaged and what specimens! They are of excellent quality and size. I am beyond happy. The process was easy and the shipping was quick.

We bought two cedar trees in 5 gallon pot. Ordering experience was very good, assisting staff very friendly and knowledgeable, trees came very fast, they were in great condition, very well packed. We planted them already and hope that they will grow as planned.

I am very happy with the quality of the trees I ordered, two Upright Pyramidal Yews, as well as the ordering and delivery process. The trees arrived within a week of ordering, came well-protected and in excellent condition, and were large, nicely-shaped healthy selections--just as advertised. I would not hesitate to order again from Nature Hills based on this experience. Very happy customer.

I ordered a white Snow Fountains weeping cherry and a skyrocket juniper. Both trees were very healthy and I was surprised at how beautiful they both were. They’ve been in the ground for a couple of weeks now, did amazing through our first cold snap. I can hardly wait to see the weeping cherry in the spring! Both trees were packaged very securely and arrived without any broken branches or other damage. I have a hard time finding plants and trees that I’m looking for where I live. I think I found a new favorite online nursery!

Their bushes are NOT as advertised!. I ordered a blue wisteria & yellow primrose lilac. The lilac was white not yellow, & the wisteria was purple & white not blue-neither was the color advertised on their catalogues not online. Asked them for replacement or store credit to use for different plants, after awaiting a year on the wisteria for its 2nd blooming, per their request & sending photos, they refused to acknowledge their error in describing their plants with correct photos & a disclaimer of it would not bloom the color on their photos! I will never refer them nor purchase from them again. Shame on them!! Very dishonest.

The apricot tree I ordered arrived shortly after I placed the order. It was in great shape and was bigger than I expected. However, it was quite root bound when I removed it from the pot. I untangled the roots as best I could which caused it to shock somewhat. Hopefully, it will recover and be fine in the spring.

Plants was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. I was surprised how well the package was especially for potted Plants. No broken limbs and soil was barely distributed

I ordered a Wolf River apple tree and there was a 'buy one get one free' deal going on. The website made sure to remind me that I could add an item for free which was very surprising.

I ended up ordering two and they arrived in perfect condition which is impressive considering it traveled all the way to North Dakota.

I would order from Nature Hills again.

Baught a small Mandarin Orange from Nature Hills and received a beautiful healthy tree much larger than I expected and the tree arrived earlier than promised. It was a little pricey but i got a quality product for my money. Will do business with them again.

they have a mix of reviews which makes it look on the surfaces though it's honest even though the wording for the plants has a very infomercial emotional appeal aspect to it, and they let you supposedly sort reviews by the ratings, but it doesn't remotely work. it'll say that it'll show you the seven one star reviews or the five two star reviews, but all it'll show you is the five stars.

We ordered 10 trees. They were packed extremely well and shipped very quickly. The trees were very healthy and similar in size. It made for a nice even planting. The trees are in the ground and thriving. I was contacted before shipping to confirm correct address etc.
