Never never order from them. My sticks yes sticks or redbuds came dormant which I knew. So when they came out of dormancy 3/4 of tree was dead. Will not do a thing for me but just repeat policy. Gurneys great company to order from in the future

Just a magnificently gorgeous Wildfire black gum tree. And superb packaging of it. Not a leaf out of place and I was thrilled when I saw the tree out of the box. It is doing great and look forward to watching it grow. Will definitely order from Nature Hills again for sure. Rebel Ranch Poms, Wisconsin Dells, Wis.

Beware when purchasing gift card. I purchased a gift card via to be delivered via email. When I did not receive it, I purchased another. While they accepted cancellation of first order when talking to someone on the customer service line, I was charged $10 for that cancellation.

I ordered an amazing blue wisteria tree. I've never seen one before! It arrived healthy and quickly to NJ from CA. It is growing and already getting taller. Very impressive!

The tree arrived with yellow leaves and was very small. The customer service was all stock responses and no help provided. I would not order from this company. no returns or exchanges allowed even if you prove it is of poor quality and sickly.

Ordered a Chinese blue wisteria tree plus a tree planting kit. The tree was in great shape. The planting preparation & planting instructions were clear to follow. The tree looks great and is thriving. Will order again if I need another tree or bush.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Nature Hills Nursery and I feel it's necessary to share my experience to caution future customers.

I ordered a Weeping Cherry plant on May 3, 2023, for $167.14, and received it on May 12, 2023. To my dismay, the plant was not as described or expected. It arrived in a pitiful condition - a dry stick with just a few leaves attached. However, I didn't lose hope immediately due to the company's product guarantee assurance on their website. Believing that the plant might be in a dormant state, I planted it and adhered to a careful watering schedule.

Despite my efforts, there was no sign of life in the following weeks. All the leaves fell off and no new ones sprouted. When I conducted a 'scratch test', it was confirmed that the plant was indeed dead. I immediately reached out to Nature Hills Nursery on June 2, 2023, hoping for a resolution, given their product guarantee.

To my disappointment, their response was far from satisfactory. They stated that I was outside of their 48-hour complaint window, and hence to get a replacement, I would need to pay half of the full price plus shipping costs. In my opinion, this is not a product guarantee. Moreover, given the nature of dormant plants, it's not possible to ascertain their viability within such a short window.

It's important to note that their "product guarantee" doesn't seem to consider the nature of the product and does not effectively protect the interests of the customer. It's evident that Nature Hills Nursery did not uphold their guarantee as advertised. Their solution seemed more like a marketing ploy than a genuine effort to rectify their mistake.

In light of this experience, I strongly advise future customers to be wary when dealing with Nature Hills Nursery. Their product guarantee may not be as it appears, and you may find yourself in a similar predicament to mine.

Sadly, I cannot recommend Nature Hills Nursery based on this experience, and I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

I am now seeking further assistance from the Better Business Bureau to resolve this issue.

Ordered two Cryptomeria Yoshino trees in October 2022; one of which died. Called Nature Hills to get a replacement and m getting the runaround with the recording “the person at 7000 is unavailable” Left a message and we’ll see … The website to deal with this issue is not at all user friendly. Have no confidence this will be resolved in a timely manner 😳

Ordered two Ivory Silk Japanese Lilac trees and I am very pleased. Took about a week on delivery time and trees were in good shape and just a little wilted on the leaves. Planted the next day and within a few weeks the trees looked great and had substantial new growth with buds starting to form. Very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered a few plants from this website and it was a great experience and price everything I ordered came healthy and ready to plant. Great experience all around.

I was supposed to receive a butterfly bush with flowers already on it. What I received was a very, very small bunch of crispy dried up leaves. A waste of $60. Extremely disappointed. It was a mother's day gift for my mom

Every plant I received from them come in great shape, are healthy, and nice size. They thrive and I strongly recommend them if you are buying online.

In the past 6 weeks I have ordered over $3,500 worth of plants and trees from Nature Hills! Received several deliveries to fill my orders! The only problem I had was they put two of my trees in one box, one shipped upside down! Showed up to my house in terrible condition! However , all the other deliveries of my order were in great shape! Honestly I was blown away at just how nice the plants and trees were! I totally re-landscaped my property and it looks incredible! I will order from them again in the future, and highly recommend you give them a shot as well!

Received tree with leaves already on it. Never had a problem with it. Its already blooming I am so excited, its beautiful. I was concerned about buying a tree online but Nature Hills Nursery did not disappoint.

My plants came quickly. Wrapped very well. The plants had not been damaged in shipping. I replanted them that day. They are growing beautifully and actually better than I could have imagined. Very pleased with this purchase and will buy again from this

Apparently, this is a borderline scam operation. They will take your order and charge your card and never ship your order. After several months they will agree to "cancel" your order and give you a refund if you pay $10.

Ordered a tree that stated was in stock and ready to ship. After 2 weeks of no communication, I emailed them, waited a week to hear back that it was about to ship. Another week after that I emailed, again was told it is about to ship. After 1 month of no shipment, I called their phone number and got some serious attitude from their rep. I told them to not bother shipping at that point and filed a dispute with my credit card company.
