I am a long standing customer of Natureinks and their service and speed of delivery are both excellent. They always accommodate requests even collection from their store. I was in Leeds one day to collect my daughter from University and they couldn't be more helpful even giving a discount for collection in person. I could not be happier with the service they provide, their customer service and their value for money are both unsurpassed in my opinion, I cannot recommend them highly enough

For once it was me the customer being the disaster and not the company and NATUREINKS really went out of their way to meet my demands then finally cancel the order. I paid a nominal fee for the inconvenience which I was more than happy to pay considering he had already packed and repacked my order for then only have to cancel it. No fuss made, refunded immediately. Thanks so much
