I love the information documentation provided on the website, via email once an order is place, and within the packaging! This is so helpful for someone new to gardening. I lost my entire garden last year to aphids. This year I ordered critters too early. In my latest order part of it was mistakenly left out. Customer service is Outstanding. The best way to control pests in your garden, or yard by far! Through no fault of their own, my shipment was delayed because of weather. But they have a live bug guarantee and they made it right. I have used this company many times over the years for the nematodes to get rid of fungus gnats in my house plants. They ship promptly. The worms seem to work. I have checked under the microscope to make sure the product really contains live worms. I can't speak as to the other products as I don't have an outdoor garden.
Been using these guys for 5 years for Beneficial Nematodes to treat for Japanese Beetle Grubs. They have made an enormous difference; we use each year in Spring (and Fall if I remember before it's too cold). For the first time this year the package came hot, which meant the nematodes were spoiled. I reached out to their customer service and got an immediate replacement.
