I am pleased with the quality of natural oils, kinds of butter and attar delivered by you, and would like to receive the same in future.

I have had sub standard treatment which was ridiculously overcharged and was told they will sort the issue and backtracked . No one is responding to the emails / messages/ phone calls , very appalling!!!! This was service whicj I received at Mosque Road branch in Bangalore

It's very unprofessional,

1. Shipment took almost a week...then for there own delay they asked for pancard details...which when was asked to logistic partner...they refused to ever asked for pancard details of the person whom the products been deliver...

2. Never informed that it's not going to be door delivery, without informing they schedule go-down delivery where I have to personally visit to pick-up the parcel...(if it's go-down delivery, it's their responsibility to inform or ask in advance)

3. When asked they simply said i can ask to shipping company...they will charge extra and do door delivery...whereas when asked to shipping company...they refused saying that it's a long process, and cannot be deliver until changes request be made from the person who have deliver the products and they were right at there part...

There is nothing good or bad about this company. They simply sell fake oils. None of them come from the nature, but are reconstituted. Fake 100%. Just send any of their oil to the independent lab for GC-MS test and you will see the result. Actually most of Indian companies sell fake oils. Some companies have naturally obtained products, but they are in absolute minority.

Hello, I received my order from her and unfortunately, I was shocked by the products and the poor quality of the products! The butter does not have an expiration date, it turns out to be expired and all the butter is expired and not usable !!! It also looks bad storage! So I wanted to talk to her first to resolve the matter amicably and within two days she sends me butter of a fresh and clean version with the date of production and validity, and I told her if it was not .. I will put the matter in Paypal to retrieve my money due to bad products, expired, very damaged and unusable, She answered, give me some time, then she asked me for a private conversation via e-mail and told her that I could not use it and she had to continue the conversation on the site through which I got to know her and asked her to buy, and I told her to deal with the matter within 24 hours, but she did not answer me for a solution after that, and now I ask her to retrieve My money is because my purchases include expired and very bad goods, how can she sell me such poor products when she received my full money from me in exchange for good service !! But she sent me expired goods! She did not address the matter for the period that I gave her, so now I do not want any goods from her because I lost my confidence in it after this commodity that is not suitable for use! I now want to get my money back, and I do not accept any other solution but to recover my money

The goods are damaged, dirty and smell very bad because of their damage and are never usable

And I also sent to her that she can send me Waybill ready so that I return her expired goods to her, if she wants her goods, I have no objection because it is not usable, but she no longer answers my messages and she ignores her when she put it before the fact that the goods are not usable And expired for a long time and this is evident from the color and smell of the products, they have a bad smell !! She does not want to return my money despite knowing that they sent me goods that are not suitable for selling them! It is not suitable for use !! And you don't want Waybill to send me ready if you want to return the goods !! Is it reasonable for the customer to pay his money at a high cost and then give him goods that are unfit and expired for years !!!

And when I wrote to her and told her about the shock of the products that are not suitable for use, and I ask her to put an urgent solution to the necessity to recover my money or send me other goods that are new to production and have an expiration date .... they wasted time and then sent me many files to explain to me that they have a laboratory, that it is a company, etc. ... !!!! This will not help me in anything !!! Because what I know is that they sent me expired goods for years, and it was over !! How to sell very damaged goods to the customer !!!
