Very helpful even though they didn't have to be as I wasn't a customer before contacting them about the issue I was having and that goes a long way with me and I will be giving them my business from now on.

We had our water filter system installed over 10 years ago - it's fantastic and we're very pleased with the way it filters, cleans, and softens our water. It has also removed the hard water from our system, so it runs clean - huge difference. Natures Water - great Customer Service, and the annual Service of the system is done professionally. We're happy with all aspects - thank you!

Excellent service received from Nature’s Water. Quick, clean, compact unit, friendly, so helpful with queries and even went to shop for extension lead. Also delivered salt to different address as I’ve no storage. 😀

Alex arrived on time and carried out the service as described. He even took the time to clean out the salt dispenser which has never been cleaned since the system was installed about 14 years ago. Thank you we are delighted with the service.

Nowadays, when plastic has taken over the world and the price of bottled water is crazy, what could be better than a filter at home??? Permanent access to drinking water. I am extremely happy that after moving to Dundalk, I found a company with excellent service and affordable prices, who were able to help me quickly ,and I no longer have to carry bottles of water from the store. I was very surprised by the service not only of the office but also of the engineer who did everything very professionally and quickly. Thank you very much, I recommended it to everyone.

This company has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had a small issue with the system and they were so helpful and sent out an engineer to check it out. He had the system working perfectly in 10 mins. They were brilliant.

Excellent company with good trained bunch of professionals on board to deliver high value customer service. We are with this company since 2017 and we are very happy with their product and services to date. We recently upgraded our water system last year and they deliver business as usual good product with excellent service.

Stay away from this company.
Despite being with them for many years I was quoted an outrageous amount just to move the system to my new address only 2 kilometres in the same town.
The owner is the rudest person I have talked to in my entire life. No business owner would do that to even a new customer in my opinion let alone a long term one.
There are many companies out there who would value your custom and with better product.
