Shocking Company - No communication unless I chased
Ordered panels end of February for bathroom refit starting end of March. Delivery expected early March but didn't receive them . Contacted customer service who said there was a delay (so why not communicate this) and they will keep me updated. Didnt hear anything so contacted again the week before bathroom fitting. They advise delivery will by end of week and will keep me updated. Still no further communication from them until i chased them again on the Friday and they said panels were with courier, I then had a dispatch email so I rang the courier who advised they hadn't received them. This would mean my bathroom fit cant go ahead and I had tradesmen booked in, so I cancelled the order and had to purchase elsewhere. Cancellation Email said I would get refund within 14 days. Guess what? No refund so I chased them. Eventually got the refund and I do feel had I not chased this when would they have refunded? Who knows !!! Customer service communication is absolutely shocking. Would I recommend? Absolutely not. Had to put 1 star to leave a review but would score 0.

Really impressed with the quality of the fluted panels we bought. Sadly one was damaged in transit but this was very quickly resolved by the incredibly helpful customer service team!

I haven't seen worse delivery
I haven't seen worse delivery. Both panels were damaged on the corners, aluminium trims are scratched on the corners, bend also and along the lenght you can see bendings and marks. One of the trims came in plastic and all of them were ordered in aluminium. The company delivering not professional, without basic maners. I saw when one of them dropped the trims. They also delivered a wrong huge box to us which I realised when I was checking my delivery and they already left. Tried to call them but the call went to Birmingham so i hang up. And of course they apeared back soon not even hello and took the big box with them.
I got all my items but each have a fault and its damaged.
Then was in a touch with costumer service which was a bit slow but great and fair. We sorted out things and now only waiting for partial refund.

Great quality, arrive quickly , have the acoustic panels in a few rooms now. Love them . They added warmth to my design for my new kitchen renovation. Delivery guys were great, they followed instructions and care was taken with my panels. Would highly recommend Nature wall.

When will I receive my item
I placed an order at the end of March and understood this was on back order but the back order was later pushed back. The product is showing as in stock now but I have not had a notification of it being despatched - I would have expected my order to have been prioritised before the bank holiday weekend.

New bathroom project
I would just like to sa a big thank you to Naturewall for dealing with a slight order issue. Then quickly rectifiying the order mistake Emily from there customer care team was really understanding an very cooperative in getting part of my order resent back out to me at no extra cost. A good expreince
We ordered 12 packs of Reeded Natural Oak panels from Naturewall. The items were in stock, although the delivery was slightly delayed due to the company relocating their warehouse. Throughout the process, their team was very supportive, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. When one package was missing from the delivery, Naturewall arranged for it to be sent promptly the following day. Overall, we had a very positive experience with the company and greatly appreciated their helpful service.

SlatWall Acoustic Light Oak Slatted Wall Panel
I recently created a feature wall around my TV using Naturewall panels, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I used two panels on either side of the wall, framing the space nicely, and it’s completely transformed the room.
Before ordering, I got some samples, which arrived really quickly and were a great size—big enough to properly see the colour and texture in my space. That definitely helped me feel confident about my final choice.
When the full order arrived, everything was very well packaged with no damage at all. Installation was straightforward, the panels stuck to the wall easily and securely, which made the whole process stress-free.
They look fantastic in place, really high quality and exactly the finish I was hoping for. I also added strip lighting with a remote control, and that’s taken it to another level. The overall effect is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to upgrade a wall and create a real focal point.

I ordered a wood trim to add to the top of my wall panels, and upon receiving it I immediately noticed the colours didn’t match and the fit wasn’t quite right (possibly due to how the panels were installed). I went back to the website straight away to request a return and refund, but had some difficulty finding a courier willing to collect the parcel, as most have strict size limits and this one was around 240 cm long.
I contacted Naturewall and received a reply from Eden, who went above and beyond to help me.He guided me through the process and even arranged the collection on my behalf. I tend to judge a company more on its customer support after purchase than on the product itself, and thanks to Eden, Naturewall earns 5 stars from me.
I’ll now wait for the refund to be processed and will update this review accordingly.

I placed Ongoing Refund Issue and Poor Communicationan online order with…
I placed an online order with Naturewall on 16th March 2026 and made full payment at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
The initial delivery window came and went without any communication or update from the company. I attempted to contact them via phone but was unable to reach anyone, so I followed up multiple times by email. After several attempts, I finally received a response on 25th March informing me that my order was not in stock and that they were unable to provide any estimated restock or delivery date.
Given this, I requested a full refund. On 26th March, Naturewall agreed to process the refund and advised that it would take up to 14 days for the funds to return to my account.
However, after the 14-day period passed, there was still no sign of the refund. Since then, I have repeatedly chased them for an update, again with little to no response. As of today, 20th April 2026, I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
This experience has been marked by poor communication, lack of transparency, and significant delays in resolving a straightforward issue. I have just followed up yet again, but at this stage, I have little confidence in a prompt resolution.
I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this business. Based on my experience, I would not choose to use Naturewall again.
