Do not fall for the lies and the website.
This company is borderline being a scam.
I purchased shower panels showing in stock, then states coming in to stock and preorder.
16th of january i placed the order, still no panels or refund.
Before stock date arrived the date was put back, this happened 3 or 4 times.
Emails sent and chased but no reply of any substance except the patronising guff and have a great weekend.
Eventually i gave up and requested to cancel the order as the product was still not in stock.
I had an email stating the refund would take 10 days for the accounts to look at!!
So 10 days comes and goes with no refund so i checked before chasing again and it showed the items were now in stock.
I emailed to see if the items could now be delivered as rhe refund had not been refunded. This was supposedly actioned and i was told the boards would be shipped priority the next day and i would get an up date from the courier, furdeco.
Guess what, nothing. No tracking, no boards, i have emailed naturewall everyday sine asking for an update with no reply.
This company is a joke at best and a scam at worst.
The phone number doesnt connect half the time like they not paid the bill, and then when it does connect it states they are that busy the phone line is closed.
I am now taking this up with my bank to initiate a dispute and get the money back through them.
Complete and utter waste of time and money.
Dont fall for the soft lines of false understanding by 'Eden' as it is just that, false.
If you carry out a google search of this company and a companies house search you can see the people involved in this.
Also, if you check the false / fake good reviews on trust pilot and google reviews you will see repeat names and also rave reviews from peolple that have left only one review, and some that plug the same delivery company , furdeco, which is probably being paid along the way.
Also, there is another company advertising the exact same products, same pictures, same web format and the same terrible reviews, im thinking they are linked if not the same, british homes direct. Beware.

I ordered 4 panels back in January, only sent 3, then got told out of stock till March. They came back in stock on the 9th March but I have still not received my panel. Emailed them loads but no response, you can't get through to them on the phone. I am now going through my bank to get my money back.
The ones that did get delivered where damaged.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: I now after complaining have a confirmed delivery date. I will up the score to 3/5 because this has been rectified and the panels are of a good quality. However I do believe there needs to be improvements in the customer service, including making telephone access much easier.

It's clear i'm not alone.
After a first successful order at the start of the year, ordered a second lot of wall panels to finish a job, unfortunately which ended up on back order to 10 March which I was prepared to wait for. After further delays they were eventually 'dispatched' last Friday.
A load of lies, it's the 27th now, their delivery company has confirmed they've never received the stock to me, their emails are seldom responded to, i'm stuck in limbo and as others say on here their phone lines are about as useful as a chocolate tea pot.
I can only give positives because the first order went so smoothly and the quality of the panels is decent, but the customer service of these guys is terrible. I really want to update this score and mark them higher, but right now it's hard to.
If stock issues are occuring BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS rather than lying. I've already waited 2 months, another 2 weeks would have been fine just being informed and updated with questions answered promptly and honestly. Customer service needs huge improvements.
I will give them to next week before going down a route of claiming a refund / contacting the credit card company.

I'm going to be blunt. Disorganised doesn't even come close.
Ordered Jan, long lead time to march, then delayed to April. I cancelled and they never processed the refund, I chased and eventually got someone helpful. After a good conversation they told me actually the board so originally wanted are about to be in stock so we agreed on a discount and that I would take them. I was a idiot. Emailed to check they arrived and no delays. No response. Called, phone lines are closed due to abnormally high calls!
I suspect I may end up having to go down the credit card routine to get money back if they don't show next week as agreed.

Do not use. Very long delivery time which are not met. Failed to inform me of their failure to get the product to courier . Failed to return my email request within their specified time .
They have closed phone lines due to demand . I have no way of getting an update ! Source elsewhere is my advice. This company does not live up to its glossy online persona Avoid at all cost …..

I’ve yet to receive my product so this review is not about that. However the website is hugely deceiving saying delivery 2-3 days… apparently this is after the order has been processed, the product potentially manufactured and then released for the 2-3 day delivery. If you have tradesman booked in don’t rely on the delivery dates. I called their customer service number to give the right to reply, was promised a return call but got nothing.

Waited over a month for 2 panels missed first date by 2 weeks, now NatureWall have said that they are with the courier and the courier after sending me an email to say they will be delivered at 7am this morning is telling me that they haven't received the goods. Telephone lines at Naturewall just saying all representatives are busy and try later and the lines are only open between 10am and 4pm. AVOID THIS USELESS COMPANT

I placed an order which has now gone over the estimated delivery time, and so I tried to contact the team via email and telephone.
After around 25 attempts to call, I finally managed to speak to a human yesterday who said they could see my order was overdue and would need to go away to look into and would call me back.
Unfortunately I did not hear back, and have since been met with 'sorry our agents are all busy' constantly since. I have also sent in three emails which have all remained unanswered.
After a really good experience browsing and ordering via the website, the customer service has sadly been diabolical since.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. It's been 3 weeks since I made the order and Ive been told 2 dates which have now passed. They dont communicate any delays and they take 1-2 days to reply to emails. Will be requesting a refund from these clowns.

Pre-ordered stock item still not arrived!
Ordered shower panels in January to arrive in February and delivery is now it's THIRD delay which has meant we've been unable to finish our house renovations and incurred additional cost. So frustrated by these delays and lack of certainty.

I ordered and paid for accoustic panels on 9th March. Within an hour, I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company as soon as I noticed this because the half hour time slot they give customers to change things had passed. I followed this up with a telephone call on the 10th and spoke to a polite woman who said it could take up to 10 working days for my refund. I have contacted the company to try and expedite this by email and telephone call. It is now 24th March and still no refund.
After this review was published I have been contacted to say my refund is pending in my account, thank you. I have updated the stars on my review accordingly

Exceptional customer service and products. Even though the incorrect panels were sent initially. I have to praise the customer service team for being super efficient and professional; rectifying the issue very quickly. We’ve used nature wall numerous times. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

I cannot fault this company. I originally ordered the wrong size cladding panels which was immediately rectified by a very polite and friendly member of staff on the phone. The big panels were delivered to me in the Highlands very well packed and by great delivery lads who carefully placed them in the area I had asked them to. The panels are well finished and substantially constructed. The Naturewall website is also useful for information on installation. Very pleased.

I have placed two orders with this company and the quality of the product has been excellent.
The 4* rating is because they use Royal Mail for delivery not a good idea for wall panels. On my second order two panels were damaged but Emily at the excellent Customer Services sorted this out for me promptly.
The big bonus for me is the company make their own panels instead of importing the usual rubbish from China. Its nice to be able to buy a British made product.
