I am very familiar with chestnut honey ( lived in mountains where chestnut grows and eat a lot of honey, also in past bought chestnut honey from Italy, Portugal, Georgia , so what ever honey I received from that company it is not honey of chestnut, more likely honeydew- although not absolutely sure, ( it not have much test/ arom of honey) but it was very expensive purchase so I would like to get refund from it or real chestnut honey will be delivered. Package was damaged too !

Ignores emails to cancel order
I ordered some toothpaste but immediately found out that it contains sodium lauryl sulfate so I immediately emailed the company at least three times to cancel and refund my order before they shipped it. They totally ignored my emails and shipped the toothpaste anyway. I called PayPal and they said that it as soon as I receive the toothpaste, call them and they will open up a dispute, and I will get my money back. I will never ever order anything from this company again. As soon as I get my refund, I will delete my app. And account.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. So when my product arrived, i have no complaint, but my pet had took a turn for the worst, i didn't even have to take the product from the packaging, i knew i didn't need it, so i messaged the company and they sent me a link to print off a returns label and then had the cheek to recomend recorded delivery which was £13.40. And today after all this time from 4/12/23, they decided to return it saying its a none refundable item. And now the item is out of stock, I've just checked. Something not right about this company, stay clear of them
Naturitas is a fraudulent company
Naturitas.ca is a scam. Recently I purchased an item from Naturitas.ca in Canada through their Canadian website and paid for the shipping cost inside Canada in CAD.
Later, I ended up paying 30% value of the purchased item as custom as the company imported the item from Spain without telling me before purchase. Later, Naturitas refused to accept any responsibility to cover the cost.

bad service! I have been waiting 7 days for a food order. on day 8th I got a message from the delivery company saying they tried to deliver but I wasn't home. I was home, I have been home the entire day! I contacted the shop. they told me to go take my order from a pickup point or wait another 7 days for the delivery to be sent back to them. never again!!!
AVOID
I have ordered from Naturitas in November. Items didn't arrive at all, they didn't inform me that there is no stock. I requested a refund. They transferred me only a part of the money, keeping the delivery fee (£9) for themselves. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered. They don't respond to my numerous emails, ignoring me completely. I asked my bank for help, hopefully I will get the rest of my money. Never again!

My second experience with them
I just got another rather big delivery from them. OK, the toothpaste boxes were a little squished, but everything else was delivered in perfect order. I don't care about squished cartons, when the content is ok. Will continue to order from them. They are not a scam company. Their Australian website exists so the prices are in Australian dollars and include the GST. Makes it much easier. Tracking is perfect. You can track via their website until it arrives in Sydney for customs clearance, and then Australia Post takes over. However, the delivery of the package was faster than Auspost Tracking. Happy with it.

I purchased several times. Delivery and pricing is all good. However with the most recent delivery I received expired supplements. Refund was granted however I'm still waiting.
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
I ordered 3 bottes of an oil-based lotion.
The delivery arrive early, which was à Nice surprise.
I was very quickly disillusioned when I opened the oil soaked shabby little package. One of the bottles was not properly sealed and HALF of it leaked out.
I sent pictures to customer service OVER 2 WEEKS AGO and have not gotten a response.
I will never shop with Naturitas again, and strongly advise others to steer clear.

Oh dear, I wish I had taken time to read Trustpilot reviews.
I ordered Seabuckthorn oil and was sent Whitethorn oil instead. Any reputable company or reasonable customer service dept would have apologised & sent the correct item but Naturia dug their heals in claiming it was the correct product. It transpired that the photo used was incorrect & they insisted that that was what I ordered. They told me I could get a product refund if I returned it within 14 days and as I had bought a few packets I eventually did. In the meantime - my 10th email outlined the dangers of incorrect labeling they accepted my version & sent a refund. They wouldn’t cover the postage though sending me a refund which I obviously will not use.
Naturitas haven't reimbursed me for a damaged product
I use Naturitas to buy various health products and ship them to New Zealand.
Recently I had a shipment of grains that was poorly packaged and came loose in the parcel. The package arrived with a "received damaged" label from NZ Customs.
I emailed Naturitas repeatedly for a refund of the product that was badly packaged and never received a reply or a refund.
This is not good customer service.

Ordered a small Agiostar glass kettle on a Naturitas .com.au website thinking I was purchasing from an Australian company. Paid almost as much for the shipping as the kettle. When the kettle arrived it did not have a power cord suitable for Australian power sockets. Their returns policy includes me paying to send the product to Spain within 14 days. The shipping will cost me more than the original product and shipping! I have gone and checked the product specifications and photos online and it does not have a description or photo of the power cord that I received. I have requested that they send me the Australian power cord but do not expect that I will receive a reply. TrustPilot reviews say it all. WARNING - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I was hesitant to order from this company when I saw the reviews, but honestly, everything went very smoothly. The order arrived exactly when they said it would. It took a few weeks, but I expected that as it was shipping from overseas. The product was in great shape. All went well. I will definitely order from them again.

I bought some mustela detergents for my daughter. I had an account with Naturitas, and I didn't notice they had a very old address for me on file. I realised this as soon as I submitted the order and received the confirmation. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to give them my current address, which they received straightaway and much before despatch. Regardless, they sent it to the old address. I have contacted them now 4 times without luck. They just reply with brainless messages and are not engaging. They are refusing to refund me. There is no one to speak to, just a form to fill in. No one seriously taking into consideration the forms. Pathetic.

Very poor customer service tracking number from over a week ago does not work and they do not respond. No phone calls can be made I don’t recommend them.

An order was shipped on 13 september and not received by 21 September. Im disappointed that this company has NZ attached to the name and products are coming from Spain. Its ridiculous. It should be clearer on website that products are not in NZ
