Again a delivery time of 2 weeks without being informed about it during the order process and even this long delivery time was with a delay of 10 days without any notification.
If I hadn't asked, I wouldn't be informed at all,
And just shallow excuses again. It is not the first time.
I will not buy there again.

I ordered many times but this time I didn't hear anything about my order. Normally I get the day after a mail that the package is on its way. But Now?? I tried to call and no reply. I tried to fill in the form but that didnot work either. What the H... is going on? Watch out using this website.

I used this website many times and never had problems. My last order was made a month ago and I still can't get any information or refund. The contact form on the website is not working, and the phone number is not answering. I’m requesting a refund for order 5000941429!!!

dont do it, they have niothing they say they have, they delay, they lie, and dont deliver on time, use I herb or Amazon!!! what a shame

A complete scam of a company. I ordered 10 cans of formula. They gave me a tracking number that never registered. They stopped responding to emails once it became clear that it wouldn't be delivered. I've tried emailing 6+ times and calling them over the course of 2 weeks to no avail.

I placed an order on this online store on May 17th. The estimated delivery date was between May 27th and 28th. Today, June 5th, I still haven't received anything. The package hasn’t even been shipped.

This morning I contacted them via WhatsApp to file a complaint, and they told me to request a refund. However, after that single message, they stopped responding. I’ve also tried calling several times, but after a few minutes on hold, an automated message says all operators are busy and to call back later. There’s no way to speak with someone or request my refund.

At this point, it seems like the order has been completely abandoned and customer service is nonexistent. I do not recommend buying from this store. Very unprofessional and absolutely no post-sale support.

zero response from naturitas support about a bad product. I would not recommend this company unless you want to waste your money and time.

Package arrived with things I didn't order. My order did not arrive. I called, email and filled out their form. I never got an answer only a satisfaction survey. I cancelled payment. I am still waiting for them to advise me on disposing the merchandise I received. I wrote that I would dispose of their products in 7 days and wow a transporter arrived to get their stuff.However,they said that they would send me my order and now January 15 nothing.

Unfortunately they use DPD for their delivery who are notorious for not delivering to peoples homes in Portugal and just dumping your order at random stores. Their drivers have a terrible reputation and I usually avoid any company who use them. My order didn’t arrive in time and now we are on holidays and the item went back to the company.

It has been a year since I order my vitamins with naturitas.pt, I was always very happy, receiving the order fast and the products are great. This time I have made a mistake in my order so I have cancelled it via a special form on the website 2h after I made it and made a new order with correct items. Unfortunately they sent me the message next morning that it has already been packed and it is not possible to cancel, then I was trying to reach them by the phone indicated on the website- not working. Tried to message on Facebook- no answer. So now I will have a double order and I do not understand why there is an order cancelation form on the website and a phone number if they are both not working

I like the assortment and the prices. I have to wait for a while, but hey, I'm on the island in the middle of the ocean

Terrible service. Still no sign of my package and no help offered. Noresponse to three emails asking for help.
They're using a courier that delivers until 11pm and there is no way to contact them to change the delivery window from 7.00-22.45 to something a little more reasonable.
Definitely avoid using this company.

I made 8 orders so far and absolutely love this online store. Their prices are unbeatable. So many different products. So many options for identical products. So far, I've ordered only supplements like vitamins and minerals. But when I discovered almond flour 2-3 cheaper than at the supermarket, I decided to leave this review. Thanks, Naturitas!

Fiz uma encomenda, dos 5 produtos, 2 vinham sem validade um que tinha expirado há 3 meses e outro há 8 meses.

Mandei email para o suporte a pedir a troca ou reembolso, e ainda não obtive resposta.

Anteriormente já tinha recebido produtos com a data de prazo de validade muito próxima com a data de entrega do produto.

Se continuar sem resposta, será a última vez que irei fazer encomendas neste site.

I ordered 3 times from them all everything was great. Last time the shipment was so fast that i got products in 48 hrs. So far everything was perfect and I hope it will stay that way :)

I love Naturitas because it brings variety and a fair price for a quality product. The shipping in Portugal is usually a hectic thing, they say one date, it arrives in another but the delivery men are very friendly and flexible. The customer service is good but when it is to solve a problem is a trick.

In addition to a previous comment made I have now been waiting in vain for reimbursement from naturitas.pt for 17 days (ref 5000066793), and about the same time for any help- and meaningful communication from them.
Trying to contact them via website (through their form) did not give any results and they don´t make a phone number available.
The fact that I am a regular customer and that the amount to reimburse is less than 10 EUR makes things even worse...
