The lady I spoke to was very kind and understanding as my first delivery arrived in the wrong place and damaged.She replaced the litter and the delivery man delivered to the correct place. This stuff is very heavy so it’s very important that it gets delivered inside my enclosed porch.

Love your product. Always arrives quickly, so clean and nice to use for the cats and humans. I won’t use any other litter since finding natusan. I’ve even introduced a few people to it.

I have kept cats for over 45 years and most have needed to be kept in at times ( due to being very young, very old, or injured/unwell). Until I discovered Natusan I favoured litter with a high level of Fullers Earth (absorbent, clumping, deodorising properties) but this was expensive. Natusan has all the properties of Fullers Earth without the sticky residue left in the litter tray, and is completely absorbent and deodorising. A bag lasts us a month ( one indoor cat, large tray with ‘privacy’ lid) and it works out cheaper and more effective all round. I would highly recommend it to anyone who uses cat litter. We got past the issue of tracking through the house by buying a couple of litter catching mats on the internet. It works! Introductory offer is very good and you make good savings on the regular price by having an account with a regular order (which you can delay or bring forward at any time) . Delivery is prompt and Customer Service is very good. I’m hooked!

Thought I would give this a go. Wasn't disappointed! Excellent cat litter and also lighter in weight than other brands. Delivered to your door a bonus also. Would highly recommend trying it at least. You will be back for more!!!

I have had I usual litter but it was so much tracking that I have even found it frequently in my bedroom. So i have tried the more heavy one which was not supposed to track. But it still does. The other properties are good. But because of the mess created each time even though I have a closed litter box is too much. Yes I do use tracking mat

Speedy delivery as well as a great product!

I decided to write a review as I think it's important to mention - I have a very love/hate relationship with Natusan. The company itself is amazing and they are amazing and helpful and very kind but the litter has very strong disadvantages. Let's start with what's good about it - the wood litter smells amazing and it masks any bad odours and it is so lightweight, it genuinely clumps perfectly. It was so easy to use and the clumps were incredibly easy to remove and the litter box would remain fresh for a really long time. One incredibly irritating issue though - the tracking. And I have a high-sided tray and a bunch of mats to ensure that the tracking is reduced but it would get everywhere. It was in my bed, on my sofa, EVERYWHERE. I was going insane but because the litter itself worked so well, I stuck with it. Thankfully the new wheat litter was introduced and I have to say, it removed the tracking by about 80%. I was pleasantly surprised. It also smelled nice but that did not last long. The wheat litter does not clump the pee at all. It just sticks to the bottom of the litter and it just does not clump it. It's extremely disappointing as this means that this litter does not last as long, it is more likely to smell and the kitties aren't as happy. Can you please come up with something in between that would stop the tracking but ensure that it clumps appropriately? I have been a loyal customer for the last 2,5 years and I love you for the sustainable and chemical-free solutions but please please please please find a way to improve this.
