I’ve used these nappies since my girl was born. However tonight she has been screaming and scrunching herself up I thought she had tummy ache tried everything to console her and make her feel better even gave her paracetamol. Changed her nappy and there is a piece of metal in it that has scratched her area. I am absolutely disgusted and I will be taking this further. My poor girl

Fast delivery, website easy to navigate. One cannot give the full name though after a certain number of characters, but that's not a big issue after all.

The shipping was quick and the diapers perfectly fit to our lovely daughter. I bought the older version of these diapers in a store and here I got the newest version, which is way easier to fit to the baby.
I will buy again :-)

Quality product, decent service

Great product, makes a huge difference in my baby's skin. The nappy subscription service is also very useful to make sure you never run out!

Not loving these nappies. They fall off easy (yes they fit him well size wise) they don’t hold much whatsoever so I’m constantly changing my baby who HATES nappy changes. I originally got them for night time nappies but they wouldn’t even last 2hrs. They feel like paper. Feel like I’m going through them a lot more then other eco brands. Wouldn’t buy again.

We had our first problem with the nappies in all of the three years that we have been using them - the tapes were breaking! Wrote to customer service, and replies came very quick! Just got our replacement nappies, and I’m happy with them. Thank you!

Diapers got to me really quick for my first subscription order! Forgot to change my little guy at all yesterday (ya know, mom brain) and they soaked up all that urine and held on tight for the ride. I’m really happy thus far and will keep my subscription going. I just wish I could have a longer subscription option than 5 weeks.

The nappies keep falling apart 5 in one pack now the strap falls off the left side what come ground from the back to the right ride hip of my baby this is not good enough

I am sure the product is great but I have not received it. I ordered it 2 weeks ago. Expecting to receive it in a couple of days. Still no sign.

We are really happy with Eco by Naty diapers!

They are the best diapers so far for our baby (she is now 6 months old and uses number 4). The baby skin is always dry no matter how full the diaper is. We have never problem with leaking …. Just once or twice when the diaper was super full in the night. But currently we change once per night and everything is ok. With other diapers with had for sure more problems.

We are also very satisfied with the delivery service. It was uncomplicated and the package came really fast.

Although there is a time delay due to company being in a different time zone than me, that didn't keep them from responding to my concerns and doing everything they could to change my order (they cancelled the original order and I was able to order again, which works well if you're not in a hurry). I prefer this approach to Amazon, where it's difficult to reach anyone in customer service. The wait is worth it considering the quality of the product.

Great customer service and an even better product! I'm so glad I found these diapers for my second kid. It's a great middle ground between typical disposables and cloth diapering (which my life does NOT have the capacity for). My baby's skin is super healthy, and the diapers contain all but the biggest blowouts.

It’s has been over two weeks since we ordered the potty and still haven’t received it. The tracking number provided never worked. Very frustrating!

We are satisfied with the quality and ecology of the diapers Eco by Naty and after a first test order we subscribed. We only suggest:
- improving the diaper fasteners which occasionally break (weak and too thin material)
- changing the direction of the diapers in the package so that they can be taken out from their closed part and there is no risk of taking out more than one.
We are satisfied with the customers service too, we received very kind and quick replies to our requests

I buy nappies and wipes from eco naty and wouldn't go anywhere else, delivery is always on time and the products are superb.

Very helpful and very responsive but for some reason i have had problems with their system when placing orders.

We love the diapers they are very gentle on my babies skin. He has very sensitive skin and always gets diaper rash from other diapers because of all the chemicals. We liked the wipes but they would get stuck together easily and there's not many in a pack for how much you spend on 1 pack of wipes. But we will continue to buy the diapers.
