Dupes/possible scam site
Sharing because I honestly couldn't believe I ordered despite all the red flags. If they allowed me to return amicably, it would be 2 or 3 stars.
Naughty cubes falsely advertised 24000+ reviews for a total rating of 4.5 stars on Trust Pilot.... that doesn't exist. This is really their first review. The items Shop page has 23 ratings as of 9/5 for a whopping 1.9 stars. Naughty Cubes overall has 2.2 stars over 68 reviews.
Broken links and errors on the website itself. For example at the bottom of the page are spelling errors and "Boring Stuff" with broken links.
Company "Pipeline 999 LLC" is not an LLC registered in FL. The address is real but the company is fake.
Because the company listed in the terms of service is listed in the USA, customers aren't aware the origin is in China.
Did not honor "change of mind" return policy which is the only possible avenue to make a return. Stopped responding after I sent evidence of the package being unopened. Their return policy is either if it doesn't work after 3 months or by change of mind. Because of the false advertising, unknown origin, and lack of consideration for return I did not feel comfortable ingesting these. Because my order had already shipped, I could not cancel it. I didn't feel confident in waiting to see if they work for 90 days because that's long enough for the whole company to dissolve and never see that money again.
1 star given for the fact that I did receive a product. Ordered on 8/22, received on 9/3. Reached out about return on 9/4. Some back and forth up until 3 days ago 9/7 of them trying to convince me to try it. They also requested the same information twice, plus additional information the second time.
