I know my feedback may not change much, but since I was asked to share it, here it is.There was a time when this brand was considered the #1 and most genuine job portal.
I’ve been using Naukri.com for nearly 2 years now. I’ve saved my profile with accurate experience, skills, and location preferences, but I still keep getting irrelevant job openings.I even took a paid membership last year, hoping it would help, but it didn’t make any difference.
Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the experience.

Very Bad experience
I paid Rs 10000,but did not get a single interview call.The delivered format for resume had to be changed as it was not getting me even a call not matching to ATS requirements.Does Naukri have a refund for neo 360?paid premium services. I have been forced to make the payment . After few initial mails all services over. They are providing basic services and charging for premium.

I wish I could rate them in negative but that's not an option.I am a resdex user as a founder we expect our suppliers to be transparent.I bought resdex in the year 2025 in the month of july .The prices increased every quarter without any logical explanation with no added benefits.
I have requested them to change my account manager but that never happens infact they bully us by saying "agar tum paisa kama re ho tw ham b paise badayenge ".I have dealt with many sevice provider but never faced such issues or unprofessionlism.Secondly for every billing my account manager changes and they ask me to share the complete story again .I am so done with them .
@naukri resdex market monopoly only exist if u respect ur users .

I purchased your paid service on 22 June for one month, assuming it would be activated automatically after payment. Since there was no indication that any manual activation was required, I believed my subscription was already active.
Today, on 11 July, I contacted Naukri customer support to check my service status, and I was shocked to learn that my paid service will only be activated from tomorrow.
This is completely unacceptable.
I am currently serving my notice period, and I purchased this service specifically to maximize my profile visibility during this crucial job-search period. Because of your poor service management and lack of communication, I have effectively lost 20 valuable days of the subscription that I paid for.
This is not just an inconvenience—it is a complete failure in customer service and subscription management. If a paid service is not activated after payment, customers should be informed immediately. Instead, I had to discover this only after contacting customer support myself.
I expect an appropriate resolution, including an extension of my subscription for the lost period or another fair compensation. Paying customers should not have to suffer because of your internal process failures.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and has significantly reduced my trust in Naukri's paid services.

Naukri scam from backend
I am raising a serious complaint about the Naukri.com premium subscription service. I paid ₹1,200 for one month, but I did not receive any genuine job opportunities or useful responses.
Most of the job listings shown to me looked like mirror-like or repeated listings, with no real opportunities matching my Mumbai location preference. After paying for a premium service, I expected better visibility, genuine job alerts, and real recruiter responses, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
I want to terminate my premium subscription immediately and stop any further deductions from my account. Based on my experience, this service feels completely misleading and like a 200% scam. I request Naukri.com to refund my money and improve transparency for paid users.

I have been using Naukri since last 20…
I have been using Naukri since last 20 years. Naukri has monopoly in the market. They take FULL advantage of this and twist the arms of their subscribers. Charges are exorbitant. There are hundreds of technical mistakes and glitches. Customer support works only 10 - 6 ( Sarkari timings!) The Resdex throws up garbage after third page of the search. It is just that they are a bit better than the rest - which are pathetic.
This is just a sales organization now. Account manager calls you once a year only to get subscription renewed. Account managers mostly are un aware of issues with Naukri and will re direct to CRM they will take you on a hike then! It is an atrocious circus we have to put up with. No way out..sadly

The person in charge entered an incorrect email ID, due to which I did not receive access. I made the payment on 29 April 2026 and was supposed to start using the service from the following day. However, because the wrong email ID was added, I was unable to access Resdex.
As a result, both the Resdex access and job posting facilities were provided to us much later than agreed. I requested an extension of 10 days to compensate for the delay caused by this error, but my request was not approved.

I am highly disappointed with Naukri.com. An amount of INR 750.00 was auto-debited from my account without my active consent for a "Naukri 360 Pro" subscription renewal (Invoice Number: NK3602627-159448). I never intended to set up a recurring payment. When I immediately contacted their support team to cancel the service and requested a refund, they completely refused, hiding behind a strict "no refund policy."Taking money automatically from job seekers without clear authorization and then refusing to return it when reported instantly is an incredibly unfair and unethical business practice. This feels like a trap to steal money from people looking for employment. I strongly advise everyone to avoid saving their payment details or subscribing to their paid services. Total trickery.

Naukri.com's Premium subscription is a waste of money. Please avoid buying any of their services.
I had purchased their naukri pro.
They just improved my profile description. thats it.
No job calls even after applying at multiple places.
Then I purchased their priority applicant and Resume display plans.
Same story.
I applied to an average of 4-5 jobs per day. None responded.
As per their resume display plan, my resume will be at the top of the list for the recruiter. I did not get any calls, so I don't believe how they do it.
In short, I was not satisfied as I didn't get job calls. Total waste of money
One job posting has a minimum of 5000 applicants.
Even if 500 of these applicants purchase their priority applicant plan, you are still competing with 500 others for that 1 job.

Premium service is a scam, please don't waste your hard earned money during difficult times
I opted for premium services like profile highlighting and resume writing by paying around $200. Even after 6 months, not a single recruiter has viewed my profile. Going through a layoff is already stressful, and experiences like this only add more financial and emotional strain.
My advice to job seekers: think carefully before spending money on such premium services. In my experience, they did not provide any value or improve job visibility.
@naukri — a simple apology message doesn’t help recover the money spent. If customer satisfaction truly matters, a refund would be a much more meaningful response.
