Lack of responsibility for your transportation of your package
Very customer unfriendly regarding the sending of package which never arrived on my address. It was really amazed that they ask me to pay again 10 euros to sent it again to me after they received it back in the first sending.
I have contacted my insurance company after 15 days and they will refund it but will investigate who had refused it and why it was sent back. This company is lacking responsibility of is delivering the package correctly and on time. Instead they ask again 10 euro for resending which gives me the same result. Lost of money. With your reply it sound me fraude. I assist as much as possible with the mail response. It became a complete laugh. If you have received my package back a refund would be on it’s place or send it back free of charge. Not even that, i have to pay again 10 euro’s for sending it again? You can give me my money back instead to give me 1 star it is complete ridiculous. I feel as customer that my money is stolen. The supplier is always responsible for sending it’s package to the customer. Not the other way around. Good luck with it.

I was expecting your very bad review. But to be honest, if I could give you a review as a customer, it would be 1 star, too. I counted 29 emails in our conversations, in which yiu kept complaining, while we kept asking you to jusy call your local post office to retrive the order, since they did not find you home first time they came. And even after the post office told you where they left the order, you still did not pick it up. It stayed there about a month before being sent back to us marked as "refused".
Although your order benefited from 10% disscount and free shipping, we offered to either ship it back for free if you give us a different shipping address, since it was obvious there is an issue with the initial address, or - in case you want to reship at the same address, to pay for the reshipping (10 euros, indeed). Which you found outrageous and to be honest I am not sure exactly why, since the first shipping was paid by us, not by you and we are not a big company like Amazon that can offer free shipping no matter how many times. And if you did want us to ship it again for free, all you had to do was to just give us a new address where someone can be found to receive the order when it arrives. And to clarify for anyone else reading this, the bracelet you ordered was custom made and engraved for you, so we could not issue a refund. I am totally at peace with the amount of time and effort spent to help you, it really is nothing else I could have done more. We do not own the postal service, we are just a client to them like anyone else, the order had tracking number and all it needed was to be retrieved, which unfortunately we cannot do ourselves from thousands of km away...

Belated apology
Forgot I left a bad review that was perhaps not deserved upon reflecting on situation. It’s not break times fault that I never received the bracelet and my other ones I bought I still have to this day and are still in perfect condition. Break time refunded me and I apologise for spitting dummy out and not communicating better. As a small business I understand why you didn’t send me another one. Wish I handled it better as , as I mentioned before, they are great bracelets. If anyone is pondering whether to buy, do it, you won’t regret it.

We actually broke our own policy and refunded you before we got an official resolution from Croatian Post that your order was indeed lost....precisely because we valued you as a customer. We are also dissapointed that all our communication back and forth was OK, except that email where we informed you that Croatian Post said the order was actually delivered, although we sent that email as a reply to the previous conversations so that usually does not go to spam. Maybe a neighbour took it, we cannot know what exactly happened. Since we never got a reply from you to that email, led us to believe that maybe we refunded you for a bracelet you actually did receive. And therefore we decided to keep ourselves out of situations like this, by not shipping to your address anymore. We understand your frustration as well, and so it is your right to leave us a bad review, but as a small business that cannot afford unfounded refunds, we stick to our decision.

Hi, Adam, your order was shipped on 22.05 and has left Croatia on 24.05 (as it shows on the USPS tracking number we provided to you). It is now in transit. As mentioned when you chose this shipping method, it can take up to 25 working days (so it can arrive towards the end of June). We also mention on the shipping policy page that those are estimates and sometimes it can take more. We do offer DHL shipping im 2 working days, so if time was of the essence, you had the option to choose that. We are sorry you felt the need to leave us such a poor review. Hope you will reassess once you receive your order ❣️
