Demora inaceptable del envío

El día 9 de Abril, paso pedido por la web de dos botes de pintura y un juego de ánodos para el barco. Plazo de envío, se ambos productos, 24/48horas. Ante la falta de noticias,el 13 de Abril llamo cuatro veces al móvil que aparece ella web,sin que nadie descuelgue el teléfono. El 14 llamo a la tienda de Barcelona, y el que atiende dice que por el código que tengo de pedido, el no puede ver nada, y toma nota del mismo. El 15 recibo un email diciendo que está previsto que la salida del envío sea el 20 o 21, porqué están pendientes de recibir el material. Con suerte llegará el el 23 o 24, DOS semanas desde que hice el pedido. Está gente mienten al decir 24 / 48 horas porque no tiene estoc y deben ir pidiendo cuando reciben un pedido.

Buen servicio y surtido
Gran atención de los dependientes, y una gran variedad de productos para la náutica. Los envíos son muy rápidos y si no tienen algo lo consiguen pronto.
