These guys moved heaven and earth to get my fridge repaired and back to me when it broke down 1 week before a planned trip, remediating the initial issue and a follow-on problem too. Very grateful and would highly recommend them
Excellent service. When I enquired about a repair to the fridge on my boat the staff were upfront about costs and logistics they were also helpful and flexible about a suggested location to meet.
The engineer turned up on time, was professional and friendly and took the time to listen to my description of the fault. He gave it a thorough check over and resolved the issue in good time.
When I received the invoice the hours were accurate despite a miscommunication about location and materials were sensibly costed.
I'm happy to recommend Nauticool and would certainly use them again if needed.
Good customer service, my Dometic CF75 developed a fault. Nauticool replaced some parts on the unit and while this did not fix the problem they arranged shipment of a replacement unit and deducted repair costs in full. Good communications throughout.

The fridge on my boat packed up just days before family inc grandchildren were due to come on board for a weekend stay - no way to keep milk etc fresh. With an internet search I made contact with Nauticool - what a happy choice. Following a phone conversation with Nicola Collins she immediately took ownership of my problem and arranged for an engineer to visit within a coupe of days. I have no doubt that this required re-scheduling the week's plan but it was all done without any issue being made about it. The engineer, Glenn, arrived at the promised time and though the repair was not straightforward, it being an elderly unit, he left the fridge working as well as the day it was first installed. I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the work done by Nauticool and cannot recommend them highly enough.
