The CEO of the company, Ethiraj Alagananthan is an ex Byjus sales rep and is a fraud. The fraud has cheated multiple clients and hasn't paid his employees in over 6 months. No legal action has been taken against this thief.

Please dont waste your hard earned money in a pathetic company like Nautone. They have zero level of creativity, even their employees leave every after 2 days. They deliver literally zero result and dont even have the right amount of people to deliver the work also. Charges in lakhs and delivers in zeros. If are ready to burn your money for nothing, then you can go for such a company otherwise please dont fall into such a pathetic company. They dont deliver what they say. They are unable to show the results and dont even deliver what they said in the end and you will left with the following reasons-
1. Maa'm our video editor left the job as soon as we hire the new one we will let you know. We wont be able to provide you reels or video till we hire for this position. And they dont hire anybody till your contract is over.
2. Maa'm we have electricity issue here, we wont be able to work today, we will deliver you the work tomorrow.
3. Maa'm there is some tech issue, due to which the work wasnt posted on time.
4. Maa'm we cant tell you exact or average or even the approx number as the end result of our campaign.
5. Maa'm I thought why should we make a post on international dog day as we are brand of India( ps: our brand is dog brand only and they still thought not to make post for international dog day!! LOL)
6. Maa'm we forgot that there are festival coming and so we forgot to make a post for that. can we please make now and post it tomorrow
7. Maa'm we forgot to post the todays festival post, can we post it now(ps: they dont even remember that they have to actually post the creative on the same day of the festival. When we remind them, then only they respond with such a stupid reason)

I am happy to say that my Amazon sales have increased dramatically over the last few months. However, there is still room for improvement. The team has a lot of potential and it’s just a matter of time before we’re able to reach our goals.

The team at Nautone is amazing! They helped me scale my whole digital business, from my website to social media presence to my marketplace channel marketing. They are super knowledgeable and always available to answer questions or help with any problems that arise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to take their business online!

We scaled our sales almost 3x in 90 days of our engagement!

Nautone approaches startups with BIGGGGG promises representing themselves as Ex-Amazon & Ex-Flipkart employees luring to take the business to great heights with their immense experience. All these promises fall flat on the face in the 1st few weeks of their engagement but one cannot do anything as the entire amount for the engagement period is taken as advance.

Service has been extremely poor with zilch communication from the team. The advertisements were started without consent – without logic, zero reporting or monitoring of the ads. The person incharge of the account and instrumental in getting us onboarded with them left the company abruptly and no official communication of the same from their side and moreover no replacement provided for over a month. All they care about is the money you invest into their fruitless programs.

Complete waste of Money and more importantly TIME.

I have been with NautOne for over 2 years, and they have never disappointed me. I've tried almost all the other services, and their prices are competitive. They provide great flexibility. Their team is super friendly, and they're always ready to help. Keep up the excellent work! The roadmap they gave me and the strategy they formed for my business was extraordinary. The main plus of the Nautone team is that they understand the brand and product well before start working for it.

Unauthorised use of Advertising spends. No reporting. No accountability. Very inexperienced team. No proper communication. Empty promises. Unable to meet any deadline.
We started with Nautone for a 6 month accelerator program, which was a complete waste of time and money. No work was done the entire first month, and the account manager changed 3 times. They ran advertisements without consent, no reporting or monitoring of the ads. The person who was running the ads left the company abruptly. They could not deliver any result. Company seniors management are not interested if your account is doing well. All they care about is the money you invest into their fruitless programs.

I have been in touch with Nautone private limited for the last 2.5 months. They are good in their field.

Mr Prince and Mrs.Delshi Priya both are learned and experienced persons.

My Account Manager Mrs Delshi Priya is a helpful person and she always provides solutions timely on my account issues. She is very loyal, hard-working and concerned about my account.
With her experience, she has increased the visibility of my products and hopefully, our account sales will also increase.

Once again thank you Mrs Delshi for working hard on my account. Hope things get better in the near future and we will achieve our set targets.

We would like to give a five star rating for the social media team at Nautone , the team is very efficient and has good understanding about the various social media strategies . They carefully listen to us , understand Beewel's philosophy and plan the strategies for us . When we are looking for an agency, i would rather say partners for us to handle our social media and digital marketing we came across many proposals but the way Nautone team came with the proposal we were vary happybecause that had done their home work and presented us the roadmap . we would surely go for a long term relationship and grow together. We would surely recommend Nautone to our friends and business associates.

I’m quite happy with the service provided by NautOne. The whole crew is friendly. I’m in touch regularly with my account manager Dhivya. She’s been helping me throughout the process. Overall the service provided by NautOne is flexible and as promised . Would definitely recommend it.

Nautone as an Organisation is good, but we could not get what was committed to us and we were asked for extra payments, which was not acceptable. We also wanted to get enrolled in sales team but Marketing team never let that happened as we had paid full payment in advance, we could do not do much. In the end we satisfied ourselves with website because of Ms Niyati Kothari who was helping us coordinate with all the teams.
Overall we give 3(three) stars to Nautone.

Regarding digital marketing I can say Nautone is best and iam really very happy with the designing.

I believe Nautone has a great team that understands what a brand requires and delivers it at the same time. The high quality of the work is due to highly skilled professionals such as graphic designers, ad specialists, website development, and so on. They are motivated to help the brand shine by utilising all of the team's expertise. They are assisting me with everything so that I can focus entirely on developing my products.

Service has been petty poor considering the amount of promising that was done to get an account.

Zero communication from the team and everything through client has to literally be behind the team ti get updates..
