Do not buy from Nav-Kom.de
I bought a Sat Nav mount for my K1600 motorcycle from this company in Germany on 10/4/24. I paid a €167 including postage to the UK. Tracking information was supplied and used to track the parcel to the UK where it arrived on15/4/24 by DHL. From that point on the tracking information did not move. When I enquired to Parcel Force, the UK agent, I was told the package had been returned to the Supplier. No reason was available. I subsequently wrote several emails and made one phone call to the Nav.Kom.de to clarify the situation.
Neither my emails nor my phone call was returned. As a result I raised a dispute with PayPal and subsequently a escalated it to a Claim. At this stage, now 23/4/24, I have still had no response from Nav.Kom.de
From my experience, I would not deal with this company as they are totally unresponsive and helpful when an issue arises.
