Purchased a map pack for my wife's car.
The SD card hasn't been received yet after a 6 week wait.
I have emailed and used the online support to try contacting and have had absolutely no feedback.
Can't review a missing product but can review a terrible lack of customer service!

SD cards arrived well packaged and worked to upgrade by VW Golf to allow Android Auto wired. Made up with it, much easier to access phone features such as Google Maps and voice activation function through Google Assist is very useful.

Only grumble was it took around 2 weeks and a couple of back and forth email but better to get these thing right first time.

Absolutely zero contact from Navboost. No software update has been delivered. Emails ignored, contrary to the website claim there is no 24 hour support

Everything was updated, there were no problems.

I ordered two update discs (firmware and map update) for my VW, and both turned out to be a complete waste of money. The firmware disc didn’t work, showing an error every time, and the map update was useless without it. I emailed Navboost multiple times they just ignored my returns for refund request.

No proper customer support, no phone number, and zero accountability. I’m now having to contact my bank to raise a dispute just to get my money back.
Save yourself the stress avoid Navboost at all costs!

I brought the map update for my audi a7. First they didn't send the update on time so I had to contact them for it to be delivered late. Once I had the update i went to install the firmware update that was sent with it this then pulled an error stating that this is the incorrect firmware and had then prevented mmi working. I contacted them and they then stated I don't need the firmware update and just set some instructions for the install but the damage was already done I have then tried to contact them on several occasions which they have ignored. I am now having to proceed with legal action. I am a mechanic with over 20 years experience. This isn't a process issue or user error the incorrect firmware was sent out.

Besides the fact that delivery took a long time, after installation, I couldn't activate the maps with the activator they sent me. I asked for help and they didn't respond to my email.

Ordered update for Audi S3 correct card according to their website ....Card arrived and failed to update mmi system ..no files available... No reply from emails no reply from contact form on website..AVOID

I gave this site 4 stars and not 5 because the 2022 maps are not upto date for 2022 roads in Ireland and for something coming from the UK to Ireland it took longer then it should but the maps and the SD card works right in my mercedes I would recommend this site for anyone looking for the update SD cards I would like if this company would keep its customers posted about new updates for my mercedes as the year's ago by .

Don’t waste your money on this. £60 lost and they are not replying to email or in the website chat. SD card empty it says on my Audi. Not recommend it.

Checked my Audi MMI details with them to ensure I was ordering the correct update firmware SD card. They answered within 10 minutes to confirm I was buying the correct one. They answered very quickly, so I ordered and it arrived (all good). When I tried to update the car, the MMI said it was the wrong version. I've tried to contact Isaac three times and now they are ignoring my emails. I simply want to exchange for the correct upgrade version. Quick to reply when I wanted to order. Ignore my emails when I try to rectify the problem.

DVD was lost in the postal process / after paying the Customs clearance.

When contacting the seller/sender with the proof that the package was lost, he/she is NOT answering any mail.
