The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever in my life. Golf cart stopped working after 5 weeks… sent it back for repair and they have had it now for 8 weeks with no end in sight. Always have to call (‘cause they won’t) 4-5 times before someone (only one person - always the same one) answers the phone without the call dropping! Always the same script of incomprehensible excuses as to why they can’t honour their own 10 day standard. And they refuse to reimburse or send new product. Awful company. Stay away from NAVEE!
