One of the worst experiences i have…
One of the worst experiences i have had. Made a reservation three weeks in advance of my desired shipping date. Received numerous assurances that my date would be met with in 3 days of the requested shipping date. The date was extended three times and eventually was told that NAVI could not find a driver. BEWARE
This was a S-Show
This was a S-Show. Had 15 different people calling at different times not knowing what anyone else has said. Definitely people from far away from US counties which I don’t really care but they all have a completely obvious made up American name like Mike or Sam or whatever. Had to eventually cancel this endevour bc I they were so bad. Kept upping the price saying the carrier they found was $300 more than what we agreed to. Then they said - oh wait the driver just called and his radiator is broke. I’m sure the next step was to call back later and up the rate more. This place is a total scam. Be warned
Don't fall for the SCAM!
Don't fall for the SCAM! I live in NM and bought a car from a CA dealer and needed it shipped. Finished up the purchase of the vehicle on 02 June '26 didn't receive the car until the 15th of June. The first company I contacted told me it'd take up to 4 days before being dispatched. I cancelled and contacted Navi. I went with Navi because they offered a "guaranteed" pick up within 24 hours. I wanted to get the car off the dealer's lot as soon as possible, so I paid the additional $350 for the "within 24 hours" pick up. The 24 hour pick up was a SCAM! I contacted the website after 48 hours of signing on and was told it'd be picked up when a transporter could be dispatched which usually takes 3-4 days and to be patient. That's not what I was paying for. A transporter was dispatched on the 12th of June, 9 days later. I received the vehicle on the 15th of June. They advertised the driver will contact me when the delivery was close. Never happened. I wasn't home when they called and said they were at my house with the vehicle. I had to race home to sign for delivery. They didn't even deliver it to my house! They parked it up the street and I had to walk the block to pick it up. They'll take your money but after that, the customer service doesn't exist. Navi, you owe me $350 for not meeting your end of the contract which was pick up within 24 hours. STAY CLEAR OF NAVI! There are other transporters like Nexus and Road Runner in the Forbes top 5 rated auto transport companies.
I called them on 6/7/26 and scheduled…
I called them on 6/7/26 and scheduled to have my truck picked up in Alabama to be transported back to Michigan they were supposed to pick it up between 6/8 thru 6/13... They took all my banking information got addresses where it's being picked up at and delivered to however I called them on Monday 6/15 I could barely understand the person who was trying to explain to me why they haven't picked up my truck I asked if they had somebody that spoke good English because I cannot understand them they said they would call me back I haven't heard nothing from them my truck still sitting in the same spot and they get a zero star rating from me and I had to cancel all my banking information because of this because I don't know who has my banking information now I would never recommend using this place
I had my car shipped from Los Angeles…
I had my car shipped from Los Angeles to Atlanta. The car was picked up on Monday the 8th June 2026. first of all the lady on from Navi assured me that everything would be charged to my Credit Card, but when my car was dropped off to me in Atlanta the transporter company wanted cash or Zelle. When the car was picked up in Los Angeles the transporter tried to charge me $300.00 because I had a bag on the back seat and a bag in the trunk. We settled at $50.00. Navi say's that carriers will accept 100lb worth of luggage but the transporter said the car has to be empty. This is then major problem when dealing with a broker, they will say anything to get the business and the transportation company tries to extort you. So I believe they're are 2 unethical business practices going on at once. And it does leave a bitter taste in ones mouth. I noticed today that my drivers side floormatt was completely ripped. I really don't know how this would happen accidentally but its ripped. Most of the car carriers have terrible reviews, so its pick your poison. But I wouldn't recommend NAVI. I've heard from several sources now that Roadrunner is the best of a terrible bunch.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
WE WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY A MONTH LATER.THEY ASSIGNED A TRANSPORT.AND WHEN I TOLD THEM IT HAD ALREADY BEEN MOVED, THEY ARE NOW CHARGING.MY CARD CANCELLATION FEES AFTER I TOLD THEM A MONTH.AGO, WE WERE NOT GOING TO USE THEM.
I AM HAVING TO FILE FRAUD ON MY CREDIT CARD.TO STOP THEM
BOGUS on PRICE and DELIVERY DATE
Originally given me a price that someone promised me it is a locked price, after a few days, someone called me that the price is too low and this is AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. I agreed to pay more so I can get my car. My car was picked up on 6/4/2026... as I write this 6/16/2026, my car is not delivered yet.
The 3rd company NAVI dealt with is not picking up, nor the driver phone is active.
GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY and AVOID this NAVI AUTO TRANSPORT AT ALL COST.
UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Navi Auto Transport is a bait & switch…
Navi Auto Transport is a bait & switch broker. They quote one price & then raise the price by a few hundred dollars. I cancelled the transport.
Even after cancelling they continue to call & they refused to take my vehicle off the Central Dispatch list. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!
Please please DO NOT use this company
Please please DO NOT use this company - we needed our car by June 15th, they DO NOT care - they post your job to a website at a low ball offer - and hope a transport picks it up - when no one picks up the job - they offer more money - we called and they didnt even have a driver assigned yet. So, after talking to the driver - NAVI then raised the offer price so someone finally grabbed the job - but it was late and then we didn't receive our car on time! If this is the LAST TRANSPORT company pn Earth and you need the service -ask to have your car delivered at least a week earlier than you need it - and even then NAVI wont guaretee anything! Joke! Do NOT use this company!
I was quoted a price 2 weeks ahead…
I was quoted a price 2 weeks ahead needed scheduled pickup. I kept asking along the way what about a carrier, I was told one usually gets scheduled last minute. They call the day of pickup and say carrier scheduled, but now the price has doubled. Well, they have you by the ba$$$ at this point. I have people lined up for a multi-state transport of a vehicle and I don't have time to find someone else. Very scammy business practices with them. I do not recommend. The driver was excellent not fault to the driver. Thanks
Highly recommend Navi Transport
Highly recommend Navi Transport. First time for me using a transport company and they made it very easy and painless to move my vehicle from Illinois to Texas, and it was here a day early.
Smooth and quick process
Smooth process. Placed order Wednesday afternoon, picked up my vehicle in Louisiana on Thursday 11pm, delivered to Maryland Saturday 8pm. Would hire again.
Who You Speak to Matters
Navi Transport is a broker, so if you get a good agent, you are in good hands. If you are speaking with someone who does not seem helpful, call back. Make sure to state exactly what your limit is. I recommend spending the extra $100 to have your car ride on the top of the semi for long-haul trips, otherwise you will need a carwash ASAP. The company hired by Navi to do my job --Navi ensures they meet a particular standard of insurance and operational requirements --so important!!-- got my car to me within 11 days, which is within the window of time provided. The driver was very attentive.
Navi’s 3rd Party isn’t reliable
Worst experience ever. I won’t recommend this business to anyone. They’re very quick to call you the minute you submit a request, but they have horrible follow up timing.
I requested for my Honda CR-V to be delivered from Edison, NJ to Anna, TX. They called me immediately after I submitted my request to get me booked, in my booking I paid an extra $100 for 100lbs of personal belongings, I paid for live tracking, and for an exact date of pickup. After booking the third party they found, Liner X Inc reached out. Up to that point we were good.
Comes the day of pick up, the company contacted me because the driver had some problems and wanted to know if he could pick up the vehicle on another day. We had already left to TX and were depending on someone else to hand the driver the keys, so we couldn’t let another day pass by, I expressed that to the manager and they found someone who could pick up the vehicle. When the driver came, he claims I had 400lbs of stuff, which is absolutely ridiculous. I had some plants that had dry dirt. Something that my 4 year old could pick up and they didn’t even weigh that much each.
I asked the driver to proof that the personal belongings weights 400lbs because all cars have a standard weight, if the car is not modified, which mine isn’t. At most I had the 100lbs, that I did pay for! He said that they didn’t have a scale, but the driver was requesting an exact $100.
I called Navi and they said that the company is supposed to proof of the weight, and that they were going to contact the company, but I never heard back from them and I ultimately agreed to pay the extra money because they knew I needed my car and I didn’t have anyone else to help out at a later time.
Every time I checked on my “live tracking” my vehicle was always in PA. The driver was supposed to be here on Wednesday, according to Navi. I called Navi and they were supposed to call the third party company who was delivering the car, and I never heard back. On Thursday, I reached out to the driver because my car was still appearing in PA and they didn’t respond, I followed up again around 3:30 pm and I was advised an hour later that the driver was already in Dallas and should be at my house shortly.
I waited and the driver never showed up. I followed up on Friday morning and was advised that the driver was heading my way and should be there between 11-11:30 am. They wanted me to meet them at a public place close to the house. When, I originally paid for door to door service.
When I advised that I can there a little pass 11:30, around 11:45 am because I was depending on someone else to come and drive the other vehicle with me, they asked me rush because the driver was going to be late to his other drop off of the day. I live in a new built community and they have constant huge trucks, I advised the driver that if he wanted to be on time, he could drop off the vehicle at my house, the roads are wide enough that if an 18 wheeler could fit he could as well. Navi won’t refund for the not accurate live tracking.
Next time, I would prefer to use Road Runner or someone else.
Never use this company!!!
Never use this company!!!! Navi tells you they have a transport ready today, so that they can get you to sign a contract. Then they string you along for days trying to get the lowest priced transport to agree to their lack of wanting to pay them and take the most of your money for themselves. When they can not find the lowest rate, they will tell you they need more money and it starts all over again. Never use this company!!!!!
Driver was very professional
Let me say that the last person whom I spoke to at the office gave me a very vague answer on when our car was to be assigned or picked up. Once our car was assigned to a driver he called gave us a time for picked. He was on time looked over car noted all dents etc. Told us how many days it was going to take. Since we had it dropped off at a airport he contact us to let us know car was delivered. I felt very relaxed with knowing our car was in good hands. I would diffently hire him again very professional.
These people are crooks
These people are crooks. DONT use them. They contracted at one price and when they arrive to deliver the car ask for more. Also they use your credit card without your permission for random deductions. I will never use them again.
Bait and switch
I was pressured by Navi to lock in a price only to be told 2 days before that it was hundreds more. Basically a bait and switch. My driver was good, but I would not use this co again. I don’t trust them.
Horrible Customer Service paid $29 for…
Horrible Customer Service paid $29 for live tracking and that wasn’t operatable and called up to get refunded. They told me they understood my problem but we’re not refund my money. The service I paid for was not working. I do not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to raise your blood pressure calling them.
Alex from motion Auto carriers LLC was…
Alex from motion Auto carriers LLC was a phenomenal driver and attended to every every need took care of my car. My car was an ideal shape and it ended up 3,000 miles away in the most pristine condition exactly how I left it with him!
